The iced vanilla latte was really good — smooth, not overly sweet but i also ask them to make it less sweet. We also tried the biscuits and gravy and they did not disappoint. Super comforting and flavorful.
The inside seating area is on the smaller side, but they also have outdoor seating which is a nice option. Ordering to-go is easy too if you’re in a hurry.
Definitely worth a stop if you’re looking for good coffee and a cozy vibe!

Perks & Brew has a nice outdoor seating area and offers good vegetarian food options. They also have board games, which is a fun touch while waiting for food.
The service was a little slow. The food was above average, but the coffee and drinks were below average compared to expectations. Overall, a decent place to hang out, especially for vegetarians and casual meetups.

Definitely a spot to go and chill. Low key vibe from the people working. The day we went , they were moving at their own pace. We didn’t care but if you’re looking for a super fast in and out sit down I’m not sure this would be it.
Amazing coffee, great food, the gentleman working and the woman were very friendly.
We had the French toast toast with strawberries and a side of bacon. Scrambled eggs with a biscuit and sausage gravy.

What a wonderful place! A little loud only because its a smaller café, but their food (particularly the breakfast BLT) was delicious, including the iced coffee, and the service was great!! We will be back.

I hate to knock stars on this place because it genuinely is one of our favorite spots in Cape but we’ve been here a few times now and unfortunately every time we’ve come in the service is so slow it really tarnished the over all experience. Im open minded if its busy but when the place is near empty and it takes unreasonably long just to get greeted and drinks, its just not what we hoped for. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating which I appreciate but more organization and timeliness would go far here. The good is always fantastic, fresh and their coffee is on point. I hope to see some improvement on our next visit ❤️

This is one of the best food, service, and atmosphere places I’ve been to in a very long time. My family and I were on a little staycation and the kiddos are all their food – which they never do! The older kiddo even said he would be willing to drive 2 hours again for the pancakes alone. I agree with him! They had freshly brewed tea, fresh cranberry juice, the avocado toast is something I could eat for breakfast lunch and dinner, and the pasta salad was incredibly flavorful. The staff are excellent and very friendly and sweet. I can’t wait to come back.

I’ve had my car in the shop for 2 days and this has been where I have been to work – I live locally but it gave me a chance to stay out of the office (and the 1st time I’ve been here). Yesterday, I had lunch – tomato/spinach/goat cheese quiche – hands down wonderful! This morning, Bombon Latte and the cranberry orange muffin : A M A Z I N G!! Beyond the great food and drinks is the atmosphere and the people. The owner is wonderful, the regulars here are so friendly (and there are many!) and the outdoor seating is perfect for reflection and people watching. I own a business and am grateful to be able to come here again and sip, eat and shop locally and tell the community how great this place is. Highly highly recommend!!

This place has a super chill type vibe and is peaceful. Good energy there. Service was excellent, beverages were excellent. I had a cold butterfly pea tea drink that was fantastic and refreshing. And a friend had a cappuccino that she said was really good. I didn’t have any food, but the food I saw coming out of the kitchen looked amazing. They also have some baked goods. There were a lot of locals yocals in there so ya know it’s a great place! Even though it’s 25 mins from me, this will definitely be my go to from now on. Worth the drive. It’s a cute little place to hang by yourself or friends or take a date also. It isn’t over priced at all, great prices. Very welcoming and comfortable environment for all. Hands down the best in downtown Cape!! If you haven’t been, it’s time to get over there! Lol!
