The store level does not reach out to you when asked per the survey. I agree with the 107th and Oklahoma location has snarky managers. I have reached out to corporate with concerns of this and another store. I have yet to hear back.

You allow people to start working and then red flag them on a background check 1 week later and then fire them? You guy’s are probably the most unprofessional place of employment I’ve ever dealt with. Also, the people you have working in your corporate office are just as unprofessional and rude. Best answer I got for you was this; “well, idk, I don’t make the rules.” Carry on being a 2nd class sub shop Cousins Subs. What a disaster of an experience.

Hi, I always get my subs from Cousins in port Washington by the lake. I never had any problems with the staff, or management. Today, I ordered 3 subs. They said it would be about 30 minutes. I said that was ok. When I got there, I told them that I was early for my pickup, and it’s ok if I had to wait. Low and behold, the gentleman said, your subs are already ready. The manager took my money, and thanked me for the support and order. The staff at this location, is literally the best. Thank you port!

I had to pick up a sandwich because they messed up my order, but when I got there the staff were questioning me as if they were in disbelief, and really didn’t want to give me my sandwich. I was taken back and kind of offended, but I know everyone had a job to do. So, I looked past it. My sandwich still did not have extra mayo but it was good and fresh.

I’ve been enjoying your sandwiches for over 30 years. My favorite location as a kid was on south Kinnickinnic Ave ,and now from West allis location on Greenfield ave to the the Layton ave location in Greenfield. I’ve made many stops at the location on 51st and Howard ave ,but never will again. The staff was rude and the “so called manager” might as well have been a dish washer as far as we could’ve known. Very unperfessional. We chose to spend the extra money because we enjoy your food and luckily your Greenfield location was a better experience, but if my fiance is disrespected again about her order we will definitely not be returning.

Cousins on 160th and National has screwed up at least 1 sub per order in the past 3 years. I’ve spoken to management and they don’t care! I was just there a week ago. I spoke to Nick and he blamed me for all 3 subs that had something wrong with them. Also, this store manager never returns phone complaints. I’ve contacted corporate via email and never get responses. I’m going to try again. My suggestion for you, avoid this location!

A very depressing and unbelievable experience with cousins subs on Monday, Feb 26, 2018. I visited the location at 9015 W Appleton Ave Milwaukee, Wi. 53225. Prior to arrival, I gave a call from a friends home to Cousins Sub, the person who answered the phone asked me to ‘hold’ but said it with attitude. I stayed on the phone line and drove to Cousins. During my drive to Cousin’s , no one bother to answer the phone. Once I arrived to Cousins, I noticed two cars in the driveway and a family of three sitting in the restruarant. I approached the window to place my order, and the lady stated, “you need to hold.” Please note this was the same voice on the phone that I heard earlier. The young lady approach the window again, and I asked if she was ready. Her reply, “I trying to see if we have bread.” After a couple minutes of waiting, she finally made it back to me. I asked what was going on? Her reply ,” we are busy.” I address my concern to her about the phone and asked why she was no going to answer it. At this point, a young gentleman approached and stated sorry we are busy. I let them know that it was I holding on the phone well over 17 minutes and they had just F### up. I showed them my phone so they could observe it was me. No customer should be waiting that long. In fact I doubt they were planning to ever answer the phone. I had come to this same Cousins a week prior with a friend. We declined to stay, because the grill was dirty and service was not of its best. Does a manager work at this site? Are the grills inspected? Is the district manager making rounds to there sites to ensure stores are cleaned and the best possible customer service is given? Is any coaching given to staff concerning how to properly to to the person paying for goods. This was my second bad experience with Cousins. I left to another resturant for food. I doubt if I will be returning to this Cousins or any other Cousins do to service and cleanliness.

Their service just keeps getting worse and nothing is done about it. Milwaukee and Brown Deer locations have rude service, bad sandwiches and long waits. Soooo time to go elsewhere or make you clean sandwiches at home.
