We’re new to the area & I wanted a ribeye steak. So glad we decided to try this place out. Hubby got the Tomahawk pork chop. We didn’t know they even existed. I was so happy he was able to try one. He’s allergic to beef & I always feel bad tossing a steak down the Ol throat hole in front of him. Our waitress was pleasant & kept our sweet tea topped off. I’m not sure if her name was Haven, but that’s what was on her apron. She’s a keeper. We will definitely make this place a regular haunt.

We drove about an hour to get here, as my husband wanted to go to a steakhouse for his birthday and we prefer to support locally owned establishments— it was well worth the travel!
We tried everything – salad bar, appetizers, 16 oz sirloin, dessert – EVERYTHING was fantastic!! You can’t go wrong with anything you order from here. My steak was seasoned like it came down from heaven. I also liked the butter that came with the rolls. I’m not a citrus fan but it was delightfully different! I can’t say enough about how delicious this restaurant is.
Our service was top tier – we came from a small town where hardly no one knows how to serve (think of people playing on their phones while you’ve been out of drink throughout your meal) – our server, I think her name is Alyssa, was phenomenal and so hospitable. We will definitely be back.

The staff, from the moment we walked in to the moment we left, was so kind and welcoming. Lacey was our waitress and she was very pleasant. This was my first time there and I brought my son. He already wants to go back! This will be one of our regular spots.

The 14 Oz ribeye was 4 Oz meat and 10 Oz fat. Wife’s filet needed a saw to cut through it. Baked potatoes were good, very soft. Loaded fries were good. Salad bar was sub par. Water tasted like dirt. Overall I can promise I won’t be back.

Everything was absolutely delicious! The snickerdoodle cookies were the softest most delicious cookies I’ve ever eaten. This was also my first time eating frog legs and they were really good too! Never heard of a cheesecake chimichanga but so glad I tried it! Staff was super friendly and very courteous. Thank you for the great experience!

We tried the buffet. The salad and dessert was good. The other items I believe we’re there for a while. Overcooked and missing seasoning. My pork chop was extremely tough and some how dry. We may try it once more and order off the menu. The dishes we saw coming to the other tables did look fresh and good. It was packed.

I come from the greatest food city on Earth, Chicago, IL! So, you can imagine that I have severe bias when it comes to rating a place in any other town. But… tucked away in the rolling hills of western middle Tennessee lies a place called Cowboy Steakhouse on the outskirts of the sprawling metropolis of Decaturville. This unassuming spot, in its barn type building, has a downhome look to it, you feel comfortable walking into the joint and when you are inside you are made to feel like part of the family.
The decor is mid-century plain with concrete floors and non descript everything. The food is always solid and a great value for money. Steaks are consistently prepared the way I like them and full of flavor.
I have been throughout most of the civilized world, dined at the best restaurants with incredible atmosphere and professional wait staff, but I’ve never felt as invited, appreciated, satiated, well taken care of and satisfied as I do each time I leave this little slice of Redneck Heaven…and speaking of slices, the baked good are absolutely world class!!!

My man and we’re visiting the state and came across this cute little place. We both got the ribeye and it was very good. He also got the shrimp with other fixings and I had okra. Everything was great and good portions. Left stuffed.
