First time using their online order & pick up option. I liked this better for customizing. I ordered a chicken cheddar deluxe sub in a bowl, with extra meat and cheese for $1.99 which was worth it in my opinion. I also ordered regular cheese curds. In the note section I also requested 2 cups of ranch, I needed one for my cheese curds. (I should’ve asked for 3 since the salad was so big). I do think there should be a separate option in the online ordering for dressing/sauces but I appreciate the notes being seen and accommodated. The salad was great, everything was fresh and it was a large portion. Cheese curds were good, I’ve never had them before, regular was a good portion for one person. Pick up was easy and staff was friendly. Utensils and plenty of napkins packed in the bag as well.

The management here is repulsive. The employee taking my order was severely untrained and halfway through struggling to take my order during a busy lunch time, the general manager let everyone know that she was leaving early for the day. I watched as the employee took orders at the register and drive thru and another, who was also not fully trained, made the sandwiches.

Went here today at 12:30 for lunch.. the lobby was closed! The big ol sign said open. There was folks working but the lobby was closed. Nothing on the door indicating why… Took my money down the road to Culvers.

The strangest thing. . . they were mopping the floors during the noon hour. They were soapy and wicked slippery! I took my life in my hands going to the rest room, and coming back to order. Other than that, everything was just what I expected.

Horrible costumer service, called to cancel an online order that was placed and was reassured by a staff member and “manager” that my order was cancelled. Checked my bank account and noticed I was charged $40 for the order that was suppose to be cancelled. Called back, and manager took my phone number and said their general manager would be calling me back at their soonest convenience. That was 3 days ago and still have not heard anything. Will not be coming to this cousins anymore.
