My sister and I go to cousins once a month. I always praised how impressed u was with the cleanliness of the bathroom. I was very disappointed this time. I let them know that the bathroom needed cleaning. One if the lady employees went to look at it. She opened the door looked in and then went back behind the counter. We were there about 20 minutes after that but no one returned to clean the bathroom. There was hand toweling on the floor, the toilet paper roll container was empty and 2 rolls of toilet paper was left on the back of the toilet tank. I hope the next time we stop this will have been addressed. We were there on June 5th around 12:30

Canceled my order because they said all of their bread was old. Also told me I had to contact corporate to be refunded my voucher I used for the order. Told me due to inventory they could not refund me a free sub like I the voucher I used. Still no refund of my money or voucher. Just go to a different location.

Love eating cousin’s sub, but this location is really slow, and it’s sad that if you order the sub box, it takes 1 hour just to fulfill the order. Even after the hour, the sub box isn’t completely done when you arrive to pick it up.
