Aarti has created something very special in this chocolate shop. The shop itself is adorable and the unique combinations of flavors and chocolate is magnificent. Stopped in the other day on the way back from NYC to pick up a few gifts and she was an absolute delight explaining all the truffle flavors and even allowing me to sample a few . Decadent, delicious, and gorgeously crafted. We had the hazelnut and the rasberry chocolate truffle bars… Absolutely perfect. My husband and I walked in with our 2 year old around 7pm on a Friday night because we were desperately seeking a break from the relentless Merritt traffic on our way to visit our parents and hoped a small treat would make our ride less arduous. The sweet owner welcomed us like family, and gave us our two chocolates for free, and a third chocolate delicately shaped like a pinecone. We’re back in the car now with full hearts and a happy toddler smeared with the best dark chocolate around! ❤️ xoxox

Here’s another 5 stars for you guys. That hazelnut cake was insane! It’s extremely good! I wanted to buy the 12” but they suggested 8” and it was the exactly perfect size for my friends! Thank you so much for the very delicious dark chocolate hazelnut cake. I would definitely buy from you guys again!

Aarti really puts her heart into her chocolates. I ordered a chocolate raspberry cake on her website. The experience was seamless and the cake was delicious. The chocolate was rich and the raspberries were fresh. The cake box was beautiful. Le Rouge is now the first place that comes to mind when I need chocolates or a cake.

We had a really wonderful first experience with Aarti in her store today. She was very welcoming, gave us samples to enjoy and was so helpful at suggesting gift ideas within our budget. The store smelled so good (and so I’m glad we got to enjoy some of the chocolate while we were in there!). I’m excited to give our gifts, and to see Aarti again for more!
