I have never been to a Dairy Queen that doesn’t have hotdogs.
We ordered the 4 piece chicken basket I noticed first that I didn’t get my dipping sauce so went back to the counter for that then noticed I had no toast went back to the counter again.. then realized I only had 2
pieces of Chicken.. I just gave up lol
so if you decide to eat here check all your food because I’m sure you will be missing something.

I’d give this place zero stars if I could… first I was in the line to have my order taken for 20 minutes. Then we FINALLY get up to the window & the girl that makes the ice creams throws the straw for a milkshake at us & it falls to the ground & doesn’t even say anything about getting a new one. THEN, I ordered a large hot fudge sundae with whipped cream. She didn’t put it on when she gave it to me the first time, so I ask her if she could add it to my sundae. She rolls her eyes, & turns around to go add it. & well, you see how that turned out… My first & my last time going to this place!

The building is old and kinda dilapidated, but the food is pretty good. You will usually have to wait a little while on your food, so don’t go there if you are in a hurry. Also, I am not sure why, but it is very dark inside, like they need to use some brighter light bulbs or something.

This DQ is a great place to eat; the food is great and affordable and the staff work quickly and are really friendly. I definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for some good food at an affordable price. Their ice cream and desserts are also Awesome.

Food was good, people were nice, but the religious music playing over the speakers was a bit much. It was horrible. If I wanted to hear bad music about god, I’d go to church…not Dairy Queen. If you’re gonna go, I’d advise using the drive thru.

Got ripped off on an ice cream cake and the manager wanted me to buy another $35 one and she would give me 50% off even though it had one tiny slice outta it. That’s bad service and they shouldn’t keep cakes for that long.

Do NOT go here. They will skimp on your food, complain to the other coworkers about you while you’re ordering. Charge you for things you didn’t even get and REFUSE to do anything about it. I would rate 0 stars if I could.

Been eating there 20 yrs.went there today with my family they didn’t give us all of our order. We ask 3 times for our sasages and hash browns for our breakfast they never brought it to us . bisquits was burnt hard as rock. I was so hungry wish the food had been fit to eat .like a refund I also put in complaint on website with my info. Last week I ordered number 1 with bacon they didn’t put it on it. Didn’t say anything but today has made me speak out . $30.00 bucks refund would be fair for both meals make this right Kermit WV Dairy Queen.
