My wife and 2 friends walked in and was promptly seated, at the very back of the dining room. We joked with the server that seated us about this. We never had her or anyone else return to our table. A group of 14 came in and was seated about 10 feet away from us. Then a table of 4 was seated past them. The server came over to the table of 14 and took their drink order and proceeded to the table of 4 and took their drink orders. With us still sitting and waiting. A different server did approach our table after a while but turned around and walked away. We got up and left. As we were leaving one of the servers approached and we told her about what happened. She said she could seat us in another area and we would be served right away. I told her they already lost our business.

We decided to give this new place a try, the barbecue was pretty decent. I tried the three meat combo including ribs, chicken, and brisket. You could tell all of their meat was truly smoked and had good moisture content and flavor. I would definitely agree with other reviewers saying that the hot sauce was not all that hot.

We heard about this new BBQ place just north of Watertown SD so we decided to check it out. I had the 2 meat platter with ribs and brisket. The ribs tasted great and didn’t need any sauce for a great flavor. The brisket had a great smoke ring pull apart tender, however they were just a little dry. I used the hot sauce, which can only be called that in the Midwest, it wasn’t very hot. The white cheddar Mac and cheese was great, I only wish you could get the side order with brisket like the entree. The sidewinder potatoes were fun and tasty. We will definitely venture here again.

We had reservations as a group of 12 people… Their menu is somewhat different to navigate but we got the job done and were very pleased with the results.. They have several different meals that are meant for people to share. Food was very good, help was very much on the ball… If you go then you need to make sure that you save room for bread pudding… That is absolutely excellent…

Pretty venue for weddings. Our team enjoyed providing bridal party glam ups here each time we have had the opportunity. Small but cute bridal suite. Restroom isn’t connected so you will need to help hide the bride when she needs to use it, this isnt uncommon for barn venues.

Our first time dining in. We have had takeout a couple times before. The venue is a huge open room. Food was excellent! They were busy with a couple large groups which did take away from our server following up with us but others were super friendly assisting. There was a one man band playing. He was good and played a agreat variety. It was loud and not easy to have dinner conversation with those across from you. The girl in the front said she reommends you make reservations for a Friday night because they do get busy quick being opened from 5p to 9p only. I personally recommend checking if they are open as they routinely have special events and may close for the evening to the public.
