Such a shame! We saw it had good reviews and we were looking forward to having a pizza night before we headed back to Paris (two families with 6 kids in total) We ordered at 7 pm. I received an email to say payment hadn’t got through. So I called up but was told it was all ok. But then I received a call to say actually payment hadn’t got through so can I please pay again. Which I did. I was told as a result pizza would be delayed from 7.30/7.45 to 8.15. But when I called again as the time had passed,.I was told between 8.30 pm and 8.45pm. At 8.45 pm I called to check on progress. I was told, another 15 minutes. I called again at 9.15. I was told another 15 minutes. I called again at 9.40 pm. I was told delivery driver would be there soon. In the end I sent my husband and friend to pick them up and find out what on earth was going on. They arrived and pizzas were still not ready. They waited and brought the pizzas home. We were given a free truffle pizza and our pizzas were upgraded with ingredients which no one really wanted although I appreciated the gesture. If only they had said from the beginning that it was going to take so long we would have ordered elsewhere. But by telling us every time, in a rather shouty angry voice, it was only going to be 15 minutes more we decided to wait. The wait turned into almost a three hour wait! We had 6 hungry kids waiting! Pizzas themselves not bad and I would say they are quite good actually. But delivery service/organisation really bad. Next time, tell us that it will be more than an hours wait and we will go elsewhere. Better still, employ more people to improve your service because pizzas are good.

Very slow, finally after 30min waiting told us that he has too many téléphone orders and cannot serve us. We were with 3 children. One star is too much.
I advise owner to be socially responsible, employ additional workers, and put profit and TripAdvisor/google advertisement aside.
