I’ve only been here once, but it was a solid taco shop experience with good customer service and a pretty nice burrito. I had the chicken chipotle burrito, which was pretty tasty and balanced. I liked the chipotle sauce and the chicken was cooked right. The clerk gave me extra salsa when I asked, and I left with four red and two green salsas. No issues to report, so I’d say it’s certainly worth trying out.

03 / 19 — 9:42PM , my husband and I have been coming here since we moved here from WA about a year ago and have absolutely loved it along with the customer service and food — until tonight. From the looks of the receipt the girls name is Liz? Horrible service from her. 1, teach her how to properly take a card out of a customers hand — NOT YANKING IT. 2, when your customer speaks to you — acknowledge them. Is she new? A job is a job, I get it however, this was unacceptable. (Receipt says Liz, I don’t know if it was her though. Short black hair to the ears)

I ordered chicken taco and chicken quesadilla. Before taking my food I reconfirmed it’s chicken right ? Lady said yes. When I came home and took a first bite it didn’t taste chicken and when I checked bill it was Beef which I don’t eat at all. It’s against my spiritual faith. I called them and guy answered my call put me on hold twice. Very worst servers, restaurant and service. Please don’t give business to them. All are insane people working inside.

I ordered a grilled chicken burrito with French fries… they said ok.. and gave me a shrimp burrito with horrible hot sauce…. it was a bad burrito so much so I gagged while eating it… I couldn’t stand the stern not listening to my order request, the charging me before I see my order – because of shenanigans like this – and then turn your back to me the whole time where I can’t ask for hot sauce until 5 minutes later when she took more orders which may be wrong… I overestimated this place… I would give it no stars if I could.. I mean don’t go here unless you want to order chicken/beef and get salmon or octopus… it sounds bad but imagine the experience… not my enjoyment… bad customer service and slow service… I believe this place should be shut down or renovated or something… but as of now.. you lost me… just to let you know I’ve been here since a kid and every single time for the last 3 years they have gotten my order wrong by not listening or acting like they don’t hear you… normally I’m missing fries or something but now I ordered a land animal (ch-ick-en)[sounded it out] and got an aquatic creature name (sh-rim-p) please don’t waste your good nature at this place I felt taken advantage of by the lack of customer service and comprehensive skills so I’m giving this place 0/5 stars… idk how they are still functioning… as you can see I’m articulate so this place couldn’t possibly have understood anyone in my honest opinion..

I honestly love this place but I went to the drive thru tonight and the person taking the order was, wow, so absolutely rude. She repeated my order back to me, then sent it out wrong and actually argued with me after I came back in to have it corrected. Then she just stood there after the cook had put my food on the counter and refused to hand it to me, like a child. Lol. If you hate your life so much, don’t take it out on your customers.
