Decent American/mexican food. Came on a Saturday at 7:30pm, no line. The staff was attentive and worked to assure our order was prepared to our liking. The indoor seating was clean as were the restrooms. All of the food was prepared well. They have an assortment of coke products, horchata, and lemonade.

Handheld burrito really should be $6-$7 flat at the most. I check my receipt and almost $11 for a half-decent burrito isnt worth it. Don’t eat here often but the staff are always nice and the inside is always dirty.

Used to be so good and professional but now even if you order 30 minutes ahead it won’t be ready and all you will get in return is excuses. I get hiring is hard but help the people who think ahead and place an order(so they won’t be late to work). I hope they get get hired up and turn things around because like I said they used to be great.

I’m a dasher and I’ve found myself waiting a really long time for my orders to be ready the past 10 times I’ve been here. I don’t mind a few extra minutes but once i’m waiting more than 20 minutes for my order, i get frustrated. I get docked if my order is late.

Worst costa vida experience ever. The tables inside were all dirty. Not a single clean table to be able to sit down and enjoy a meal together as a family. They had to scrape the edges of the pan of rice to try and slide by for the items we ordered. I barely had enough money to pay for our family to enjoy a meal together as things are really tight for us right now after a hard days work. And then my lil guy dumped his entire meal on the ground as a rude grown man completely walked right into him and never so much as offered an apology or anything. So his dinner was all over the ground to add to the nastiness and mess of the place. Nobody offered to replace his meal or help clean it up or anything. So I ended up giving him my meal and going without because that’s what moms do. The rice in all of the meals was dry and crunchy and so nasty and not even edible. We won’t be coming here ever again and I’m sure it will go under soon enough just like the vernal location did and several other locations have as well. They should’ve have told us and all the people in line behind us they were out of rice because I would have left and gone somewhere else.

A new cashier misheard our order. When we clarified up front the manager immediately and with a smile jumped right in making sure it was right and offered to reimburse the extra charge. We were fine-order was quickly made right so no extras needed! Wish I could recruit the Manger to our business! Food was fresh and great. Fantastic leadership, service, etc.
