We have a fantastic Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Menu with Weekly Specials from our ‘made from scratch kitchen’ and live entertainment almost daily. The Menu of the Corrales Bistro Brewery is meant to be a fusion of cultures and ideas. We have several mottos. The first is “if you are not crossing a cultural boundary you can try harder”. The other is “Make yourself at home” and we know that opens us up to some bizarre behavior. Don’t worry, we have our traditional values intact. Our wonderful selection of New Mexico beers and carefully chosen wine list is in itself rare culture in a cup. Pair them up with selections of quality roasted meats, cheeses salads and vegetarian presentations for a fine evening with friends or making new ones.

We tried Corrales Bistro Brewery for the first time last night. I am happy to say that I really enjoyed the experience. The food was great, the patio is beautiful and they even had some live music. I went with my girlfriend and she really enjoyed the food and ambiance as well. The service was friendly and happy something that is definitely refreshing these days . I would recommend the rosemary parmesan wings. I highly recommend Corrales Bistro Brewery this a great place to go support …One more thing they do have a large patio that is covered with fans!

The CORRALES BISTRO BREWERY is relatively new, so today we decided to give it a try for breakfast – it was Fabulous! I ordered the Ham and Cheese Omelet with a side of Sausage, and my wife ordered the Breakfast Tacos with a side of Bacon sprinkled on top. Both meals were delicious! In fact, my wife said her blue corn breakfast tacos were filled with fresh veggies and were the best she ever had! My omelet was equally delicious, with lots of thick ham, cheese and salsa – even the house-made sausage was really tasty. And, the freshly brewed coffee was excellent. Our server Devon was constantly attentive, and prices were very reasonable. We’ll definitely be coming back to sample more breakfasts, lunches and dinners – when we can enjoy their extensive beer selections! Very highly recommended.

Food is always just incredible. We tried “The Tower of Power” and wow. Red Chile is just right to go with a burger over a bed of regular and sweet potato fries. It reminds me of a burger I had growing up elsewhere but with a nice NM flavor. Their Blue cheese burger is wow delicious as well. Great selection of beers are a perfect match to anything on the menu and everything is awesome on the menu. I highly recommend as a must eat restaurant.

As usual, every bite was a delight. I love the menu and the atmosphere and often sneak off for a quiet lunch away from all the mall traffic. Broad selection of local brews – both beer and cider. Patio is fabulous. Restaurant just got new chairs. My home away from home.

Bad first experience. We came with our family on a Sunday afternoon. Two tables were seated after us and got their appetizers and drinks and food before we did. All of the fries were burnt and cold and so were all of our burgers. Thankfully the manager had them remake everything (which took an additional 20 minutes) and as an apology gave us complimentary chips and salsa. A poor thing to do in light of the situation. As an excuse, the manager told us they were still transitioning from breakfast and there were “100 people” in front of us. It did not seem that busy at all. Seems like they have bad time management.

I’ve been to this place several times given that I live just a couple miles down the street in Corrales. I have had mixed feelings about the place including the beer, food and service. There has been times when the food was great but the service was terrible and the beer tasted awful at times (for whatever reason, most likely dirty taps) but this time was exceptional! I got the Viking roast beef sandwich with horseradish sauce on the side. The sandwich was the best roast beef sandwich I’ve had in years! And the beer tastes much better than it used to. I also believe that my past experiences were based on tap lines that had not been cleaned sufficiently. All in all its a totally different place to me since the beer, food and service ALL exceeded my expectations. Way to step up your game CBB.

Food was delicious, the live band, Reminicent, was awesome, so was Ethan! Although, I do wish the service was better from our actual waitress…. who’s name I don’t know because she never told us, in fact she hardly even spoke or looked at us. Drinks went empty, desserts never delivered, but still charged for on the receipt.
