The coffee was great. People are nice. Ambiance is lovely. However, I ordered the turkey & bacon sandwich. Waited over 20 minutes. Had to go ask at the counter where my order was. Received maybe a single slice of turkey, one piece of bacon, a lot of mayo, on a roll for $8. IMO, overpriced and an excessive wait for something so simple.

Very quiet, nice sitting area, outdoor seating is small, but the fireplace is nice. The food was very good and the service was quick and friendly! Some if the boozy drinks sounded really good, but we had an iced Chai Tea and a Machiato. Both really good! A little fancy and pricey for us, but it was fun!

This place is not big on customer service. No greeting or any kind of acknowledgment that we were there. $25 for what’s in the pictures. I guess it is what it is. I’m just puzzled why the atmosphere is dry and cold. There are plenty of other options in Ottawa that I would recommend over this establishment.

Super cute place for breakfast/brunch/lunch. Got the avocado toast which had WAY more red pepper flakes than I was expecting and was too spicy but their brewed black iced tea was very good and helped cool me down.

I have never seen the “gen z stare” in person. The young lady working the register was the furthest thing from friendly no hello no smile while ordering. Sat down she just set down the food in one corner again no smile not even talking to us. Maybe train your staff in friendliness and customer service

Have to edit my review. After spending 30 minutes waiting to get one drink after it was already paid for, I had to request a refund because it became obvious they were not going to get around to making it. This was on a Monday afternoon. There were several things they were out of and couldn’t make the original drink request but was extremely accommodating and was fine with other alternatives but they seemed like they still kept on having something else to do then make a single drink. Unfortunate because it seems like a nice place.
