My wife and I have been loyal Dominos fans for about a decade. We tried Pizza Hut again because of a deal they had. It was well worth the try. The food was amazing. The crust was crispy, the ingredients were real, and the overall flavor was perfect. The onsite staff were on point, helpful, cheery, and seemed to truly enjoy their job. The only complaints that we had… it could have used a little more pepperoni and could have been baked 2 minutes longer. Goodbye Dominos and Hello Pizza Hut.

Worst service I have ever received. I work in retail and try to be very understanding. But this was unacceptable.
I ordered from the Pizza Hut Website the morning of New Years Eve for a party I was hosting later that day. The pizza was scheduled for 8:15pm. The pizza delivery was outsourced to DoorDash, wasn’t picked up until 8:45pm, and then never showed up. I understand that it was a busy holiday, but I did everything I could to order ahead. I then tried to contact Pizza Hut through their website and it took forever. I decided to wait until the 1st since I was hosting a party for my refund.
I then called Pizza Hut support where I gave my name to start the conversation. I was voicing my frustration when the representative started calling me Ma’am out of nowhere and was trying to interrupt me. She miss-gendering me and then when I confronted her about it, she then got blatantly more rude and then pronounced my name slowly to me and asked if that was the correct pronunciation in a very demeaning tone.
The rep then connected me to the store and I was explained that because I paid with Apple Pay, I couldn’t receive the funds back to my original payment method. Which is weird because I have never had that be an issue. The store employee talked to her manager when asked why. The manager told her that I could get a credit, which I didn’t want, or I would have to drive down to the store for a cash refund. After trying to explain my experience with Apple Pay and asking them to try it and them saying they couldn’t, I went to the store.
When I arrived there were 5 different DoorDash drivers that were all just as frustrated as me. When I finally got up to the counter and talked with the person I talked to on the phone it had been 20 min. I then explained to her again my experience with Apple Pay and how it works. I even say that they had tap to pay in the store. I asked her if she could try it and act like she was refunding a physical card and then let me tap.
She agreed and when she went to refund it, IT WORKED. I didn’t even tap my card. It just automatically refunded to my card. So not only did I never get my pizza. But then I was misgendered, forced to drive all the way to the location, just for them to refund it no problem without me needing to be there.

I never got my 2 liter for my order. They sent someone that didn’t speak English and couldn’t read a receipt. I pointed to 2 liter on the receipt and he didn’t know what it meant. Called pizza hut, it went to a call center that didn’t know how to pull up an order. I couldn’t call the store directly either. Finally was able to talk to someone via chat on their website. They said they would get back to me within 3 business days. That was December 11th. Still do not have the 2 liter or even a refund.

Drove to pick up mobile order at the time specified in the app only to be told I’d have to wait another 30 minutes before it would be ready. Added a star because the workers were kind and offered a refund. It seems the app is the real issue if it can’t provide and update real times.

The food was hot and fresh. Consistently quality ingredients, and always has some type of deals.
They had one of their ovens down, and two people ordered 5+ pizzas, therefore the estimated time on carry outs was way off. They were kind and friendly and just worked to get everyone their food as fast as possible. Good teamwork.
Only suggestion, two benches along the front windows. It is literally the smallest Pizza Hut I’ve ever seen.
