We have a cottage at Canadian Lakes and stopped into the Corner Cafe for breakfast. The place is small and we got the last table. The service was slow but they were busy. Our food was served fresh and everything we had was good. The cook even came out to check on us.

Small town stop with delicious food! We came in for breakfast but arrived more around lunch time and we were HUNGRY! The specials sounded too good not to try and we devoured everything – the meatloaf and Reuben were our favorites of the bunch as was the cinnamon roll with peanut butter icing!

This is the kind of wonderful family owned restaurant you have to find. Stacy made our visit memorable with her humor. We felt like we were home town regulars from the moment we walked through the door. Our omelet was excellent and freshly made. Small size but mighty good food.

Lovely locally owned café. Wish they had gluten free options on their menu. Staff is friendly, food is good, atmosphere is ok.

Ordered Chicken fried steak. Do not recommend. If you like water with your meal it will cost you $2.25 ! I touched the salt shaker that sits right there on the table and it felt greasy , dirty. The entrance is difficult to enter because of step. We won’t be back

It seems unless you’re a regular they’re very comfortable ignoring you. Waited over thirty minutes for our food while other people came in, we’re waited on, and got their food while we were waiting. Waitress walked by several times making conversation with other tables while ignoring us. Ended up leaving before our food came so I can’t leave a review on how disgusting it was.

Fun little cafe. Busy on a Sunday morning. My kid loved the steak and eggs. Said it was the best ever. I enjoyed the food okay, a bit greasy for my taste. I got the hash mix and probably would have been happier with straight eggs, bacon, hanshbrowns.
