I usually like Arby’s, but this experience was like a waking nightmare. I ordered the Italian beef dip with a large curly fry, my husband ordered a large plain fry. First of all 0 napkins, the dip for the sandwich was literally beef bullion, but it was like a meat flavored la croix, I didn’t end up eating it with the sandwich. Also my sandwich bread was so squished it looked like people took turns sitting on it. Okay, that’s fine, but the fries is what made me mad. If you have ever eaten dog food as a kid? You know that type of crunch? Idk how they did it but their fries literally embodied the texture and flavor of dog food. My husbands fry’s were somehow still partially frozen and the rest that were “cooked” were lumped up like dead earthworms in a paper box. I will be rethinking the next time I have a desire to eat at Arby’s.

Super clean restaurant, nice location and only one car leaving the drive-thru when I arrived to pick up my order that I placed on the mobile app.
Had an order for a Half Pound sized Beef n Cheddar sandwich with no modifications and a large curly fries. The fries were hot and fresh.
The sandwich was completely wrong. The meat was sliced thicker than any meat I’d get from any deli counter at a grocery store, only a small amount of cheese on the top bun when there is supposed to be another layer halfway through all of the meat, and also missing the red ranch sauce that normally comes on the bottom bun.
Definitely not my usual experience from Arby’s, and definitely a surprise considering how slow the restaurant was. I likely won’t stop at this location again.

My husband and I went to this location for dinner. The food was okay- it could have been fresher. My big complaint is while we were going through drive thru the location was being run by two teenagers it looked like! The other two grown employees were outside smoking something and on their phones while the other two handled drive thru vehicles! In my opinion this was completely unprofessional with vehicles still going through drive thru and the only thing saying this from being a 1 star across the board is because the food was ok and the two teenagers were lovely.

If I could give the women at the drive thru window 10 stars I would! This girl needs a raise, her hospitality was amazing. Shes someone I would want working at my store. She made my daughter feel special. Thank you. And hopefully her boss sees this, it was Saturday 9/20 11:13 p.m.

Service was good but my burger was only half cooked there were only 2 employees and they were really working hard to service the window and lobby but they were trying really hard. They needed more help for sure but like I said they were hard workers doing the best they could kudos to them.

I purchased a deep fried turkey club sandwich meal. The fries were okay but I have no idea what the sandwich is. There’s turkey on it and that’s about the only thing I can clearly identify. It looks like they threw stuffing on with maybe some soggy onion rings. I’m pretty disgusted and can’t eat it because I don’t know definitively what is on the sandwich because it looks nothing like the picture provided on the app or the description of a club sandwich.
I only noticed once I got home and need to go to sleep and do not have time to make the drive to complain at the store and get a replacement. If this experience is left as is I don’t plan on returning anytime soon.

The food was fresh and the wait staff was friendly, however the inside of the store was filthy. We had to wait ten minutes for fresh chicken tenders, and they made sure to make sure the potato cakes and fries were fresh as well. A lot of the tables had trash at them from the previous customers and the few empty tables weren’t clean. They needed to be wiped down and sprayed. It’s conveniently located in the Tulsa Hills shopping center.

New review: We decided to give this location another shot and honestly while we were sitting in the Drive-Thru, wondering if they were all high for a second time!!! The fries were half full. My husband felt like his sandwich was smaller than it should have been. We both left unsatisfied. I got the chicken bacon swiss and it was a dang mess. We got the chicken nugget kids meal for my toddler and that was probably the best thing. The chicken was actual chunks and he really liked it. But I don’t think we’ll come back to this location.
Old review: My husband wanted to try the wagyu burger! The food was good and my fresh strawberry lemonade was good! The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the staff. They weren’t busy at the time but they were so slow. And they seemed sketchy like they were up to something. They almost seemed stoned. They weren’t very friendly. Didn’t even say anything when they gave us the food. It was just so weird. Maybe we should have went next door to Chi-Fil-A cuz they have good service over there

This Arbys is a treat in every way during the pandemic! While most every other fast food option is battling staffing issues and limited menu…..this location still has the same management team and always seems to have plenty of employees. They must take good care of their people because all the workers seem friendly and happy too! Food quality is a cut above other fast food as well!!! A solid 5 stars in every way!
