A remarkable clean restaurant with a very friendly staff. Reasonably priced. Their buffet was excellent, the food was hot fresh, the chicken was Juicy and Delicious. Also the buffet was very well maintained to assure all containers had enough food in them. Not sure if we just came on a good day we returned and found the same friendly clean atmosphere with delicious food each time. We do not live in the area however return here often and will make this one of our favorite places to eat.

There is no question that the food is good. It was the intangibles that lowered my rating. Very busy morning. More staff would have helped. I had one cup of coffee and was not asked if i would like more. Upon check out I was charged a dollar to process my credit card. The dollar is not the issue, not knowing until check out is the problem. I suggest you either post a sign stating the additional cost before sitting down, adjust the prices to cover the charge or get rid of the credit card. Again the food was good and the waitresses professional. I will more cash or the checkbook on next visit.

I really like this cafe. The seating is split-up into 3 rooms, so the noise level from other patrons’ talking is fairly low. Table cleaning is fast and efficient. Table service is very nice and good. Food is good. And a nice-sized piece of pie is only $2.50! My only complaint is that they close at 2pm on Sunday. I would prefer 8pm so I could have a nice dinner later in the day.

This is a great place to have breakfast. Went on a Sunday and they were pretty busy. Pretty friendly staff, and the food was outstanding. Prices were more than reasonable. Be aware, they stop serving breakfast at 11am (at least on Sunday) so if you are in the “after-church-crowd” you may miss out.

I was very disappointed… after reading the reviews I though we would have enjoyed a good dinner. We ordered the chicken fried steak and it was over cooked and dry. It was obviously a frozen piece that was deep fried. I also had the green beans and tater tots which were also overcooked. The tater tots were so well done that when I stuck my fork in them they always broke in half. I will say the service staff was very friendly and the waitress was kind. For the money we paid I was expecting a good home cooked meal that would have been made fresh and was very disappointed with what we received.

Fantastic! Servers had great attitude, it is obvious they “love” their job. Kitchen staff had it all working. Restaurant was 80% capacity with four to six “specials.” I have been here many times, food is a great value, taste/quality for the money. Candy, Allen, Marsha and Bob run a great restaurant.

Excellent portions, the chicken fried steak with eggs and hash browns was very good. Coffee was fresh made and a full bodied flavor. A “local feel” kind of place, with many conversations being tossed around the room from table to table. Take your time and enjoy the meal.

Always a good time, they have great food. The service always seems a little short staffed but no major issues or complaints. Their baked oatmeal is our fave for the kiddos. I think they offer some buffet breakfast options but depends on days and time.

I would not recommend this place they had no air condition they had a big fan in the middle of the room where everyone was eating there were flies flying around everywhere in there and a service was slow. I ordered a loaded baked potato and a Philly cheese steak sandwich the baked potato was really good the Philly cheese steak sandwich I could not taste the steak at all it tastes like it was cooked in butter oil and that’s all I could taste. But don’t take my word for it stop in and try it you’ll see what I’m talking about.
