Not impressed at all. I wanted to love it because the old Corner Cafe on 7th was great. Food was not good except for the fried pickles. Hamburger was mushy and flavorless. Baked steak needed a ton of salt and pepper to eat. The waitress was too busy talking to people oversharing stories employees shouldn’t and never refilled our drinks. Maybe it was an off day but we won’t be returning to find out.

Had hot beef san, was sour. Did not finish. Coconut cream pie was out of this world delicious. Only thing good there that I had . Also NOT Handicapped acessable.

The air-conditioner was broken, and a man got stuck on the elevator, leading to their bathroom. The service was so good I had to tell the waitress to wait that we weren’t ready to order so I settled for biscuits and gravy, which I really didn’t want, but it got her to go away.

My bacon was burnt & harder than a rock I ordered hash browns they gave me home fries. By the time they corrected the potatoes the eggs were cold . Gave us no forks. Dads sausage patties were burnt. The biscuits were good. Not likely I’ll go back

Don’t blink, because you probably missed it! This café is right on the corner of and Street across from sheets in downtown Parkersburg and right by Matheny motors. If you have ever been to pointe Park you’ve passed right by this gem! Though it has a modern look this particular spot is chock-full of history and it’s written all over their walls. The food is everything you would expect from home town café… dependable and delicious! He probably also never heard of this place because they don’t advertise a lot and they don’t have to they’re local following is pretty large with loyal customers.

Very limited parking. NO ONE wearing gloves in kitchen. Floor was very filthy. Disappointed that home fries are deep fried & very greasy. Service was great. Reminded me of a greasy truck stop. Will not be back
