Update 10/4/22: After having been offered a replacement bowl for my poor experience (thank you btw), I came around 4pm on purpose (after the lunch rush and before the dinner rush) to see if the tofu tasted fresh. It appears that my feedback helped because as you can see from the photo, the tofu wasn’t hard and chewy. I enjoyed the salad much more this time. I’ll come back a few more times to ensure the tofu is always fresh. I’ve updated my rating from 1 star to 3 stars. If I hadn’t had to wipe down the booth I sat in, I would have left 4 stars.

Excellent experience. Staff were friendly and professional, answered my questions about options on the menu and prepared my bowl generously and with care. Restaurant was clean and food was fresh. They even just finished grilling my chicken before adding it to my broth bowl. The girl with the mushroom earrings made my bowl. Very kind, polite and helpful. Thank you!

The service here is fast and friendly. Everything looks super fresh and healthy. The cost is extremely reasonable for the quality and portion you are getting here. I have tried the Poke bowl, Korean bowls, and the BBQ bowl and they are all great. You might think that Chipotle is cheaper but so is the quality. I highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for healthy delicious food.

Had really high expectations of the place. The marketing and the store design are great, the prices are right, is just that the food is bland and lacks character. A bit of spice will help. We ordered four different meals, and have to say that the Cobb salad was maybe the better one (!) because of the right blue cheese dressing. Cobb salad is never the star of a menu. I wanted to like this place, however the food needs work. And spices. Less marketing, more substance.

I liked the food so much the first few times that I began to make it a routine to stop by when I was in the area today when I stopped by the pickled red onions did not actually look pickled nor did they feel like it or taste like it. The roasted root vegetables did not look roasted or cooked thoroughly but I continue to get the bowl that I always get and I will say that I am extremely disappointed with the outcome I don’t know what happened with the food today or if something has happened to make everything change in their morning routine of setting everything up… but it did not taste like all of the times that I was absolutely in love with the food I was extremely disappointed. If I go back next time and the food does not look as it is to be presented I will probably leave without purchasing.

I had never tried this place, so I ordered a bowl, soup and lemonade. Lemonade was fantastic, I loved all the flavors. I got home and opened my order, the bowl was also soup like. Filled to the top with liquid? I should have taken a picture but it was nothing like I imagined. It looked like a mess, I tried to eat a couple of bites but it was awful and I threw it away. The broccoli cheddar soup was good.

Dude this food is so good. I destroyed my salad super fast. All the flavors explode in your mouth and create inner happiness. Would definitely recommend. Plus the atmosphere is delightful and they have a really neat way of displaying their lettuce…gotta see it to know what I mean haha.
