The place is great music is awesome, food is delicious. My issue is that they charge a 18% in drink and food automatically, which I didn’t paid. I ask to remove the 18% percent and the service is really slow when it comes to get drink, the drinks are average.All the have are cute girls showing there body but I just want better service. This place is great for a first date, but I won’t return for another 6 months.

NEVER had a bad time here. Great atmosphere and live music. Bartenders are quick to serve and very attentive along with being rather friendly. Resident DJ slays w/ killer tracks amd reads the room correctly every time. Killer spot to just have a good ole’ time.

Poor management and unprofessional. We had just come from the Improve and asked the manager beforehand if there was any cover or anything happening for NYE, and we were told no, so based on that we decided to celebrate our NYE there. When we (my sister and I), settled at a table, we were told there was a minimum amount and packages we were not informed about when we asked initially. So, we moved to the bar and asked for stools and informed that the stools were $50 each. I spoke to the manager again about the lack of information provided when we first asked about it. The manager was very rude and unprofessional, saying if we didn’t like it, we can leave, rather than apologizing for not communicating it. We ended up sitting outside where there was no obligation to packages or stool fees, and we watched several parties go in and walk straight out again and again throughout the night. Meanwhile, there was no consideration for the cold weather forecasted for that evening and there were no heaters provided for their customers at 47 degrees. The half-naked waitresses were freezing to death and so were the few customers outside with coats on. This is a bar that usually provides live music, and on this night, there was no entertainment, yet customers were asked to pay more just because it was NYE and all we got was a party face mask!

I had a great experience at Copper Blues Rock Pub & Kitchen in Doral at CityPlace! The food was delicious, the drinks were the highlight of the night, and the live music created the perfect vibe for a fun night out dancing.
We chose the outdoor seating, which was a great option—it allowed us to enjoy the music without it being overwhelmingly loud, and we could still talk comfortably. The decor inside is beautiful and vibrant, though it does get pretty loud indoors when the band is playing.
The service was fantastic. Our server, Britney, was amazing—attentive, charming, and really made the night extra enjoyable. Even the restroom had nice touches—the men’s room offered different colognes, which was a surprising but classy detail.
Overall, Copper Blues is a great spot for good food, drinks, music, and an all-around great time. Will definitely be back!

I’m a regular here and I love this place. Coolest place in Doral. Churrasco is crazy good (nobody believes me until they try it). It’s not too loud, not too quiet with live music almost every night and the coolest and prettiest bartenders provide great service; Daniela, Ana and Maria are the greatest. Croquetas are fire too.

Terrible service by Melanie at Cooper Blues in Doral City Center.
We were a party of two and had just sat down when Melanie approached our table with an extremely arrogant and prepotent attitude. From the beginning, she made us feel uncomfortable, as if we were an inconvenience instead of paying customers.
We ordered two Diablitas from the menu and asked if we could change the tequila. She said yes. We specifically asked if they had Casamigos mezcal, and she confidently replied, “Yes, we do.” My husband even said how lucky we were to have it available. Later, when we confirmed with the bartender, we were told they do NOT have Casamigos mezcal. That means either she lied to us or she does not know her own bar menu, which is unacceptable.
On top of that, we were drinking and she never even brought us water. Basic service was completely ignored.
When I brought the situation to her attention, instead of apologizing or trying to fix it, she confronted me in a rude and disrespectful way, speaking to me as if I was not even her customer, but someone off the street. Her tone was aggressive, dismissive, and very unprofessional. Not once did she apologize.
What made the situation even more clear was that Maria, the bartender, noticed something was wrong after I went to buy two more drinks directly from her. She came to our table to ask if everything was okay and sincerely apologized on behalf of the establishment and for Melanie’s behavior. That shows what real customer service looks like.
Customer service is about honesty, respect, and accountability. Unfortunately, Melanie showed none of those qualities. We were misinformed, neglected, and treated with disrespect. This experience completely ruined our visit and management should seriously address this behavior.

Extremely disappointing experience, especially for a birthday evening. We had a reservation for a standard table inside, made in advance, and arrived expecting to celebrate comfortably. Upon arrival, we were told that the entire inside had been rented out for a private party and that our only option was to sit outside.
It was a chilly evening, and the outdoor area was not heated. Sitting outside was simply not a reasonable alternative, particularly given that we had a confirmed reservation and no prior notice of this major change. As a result, we had no choice but to leave and find another place on my birthday night.
A reservation should mean something, and if a private event displaces regular reservations, guests should be informed ahead of time. This experience felt careless and poorly handled, and it put a real damper on what was meant to be a celebratory evening. Unfortunately, I can’t recommend this restaurant based on this experience.
