I can’t eat asparagus, and it was difficult to convince them to sub it out for something I would eat. Even the waitress remarked about how particular the chef is, and how this is “fine-dining.” So just be aware of that going into it.
Food is good but not amazing. I’d recommend the short rib but probably not the pork belly. Cocktails were solid and definitely not weak. The vibe and environment are great. It has a cool rustic feel as an old train station.
If you’re looking for something different and unique, with specific choices that are fairly rigid and you’re okay with that, this would be a spot you should check out. You may love it! If you like choosing your sides and having some variety, maybe not so much.
We went here for Saturday brunch. They opened at 10:30 and when we arrived shortly after, the restaurant was already filling up. The host asked if we had a reservation, and although we did not and were be able to be seated immediately, it may be worth checking into as it was very busy by the time we left.
We had the Eggs Benedict with Salt Cured Salmon and the Shrimp and Grits. Both were delicious. They also had a buffet option, but we opted for the menu. The food came out very quickly and hot!
Would definitely recommend and will be back!
The menu can best be described as an assortment of classic southern comfort dishes complimented by unique blends of unexpected flavors, setting this place apart from other comparable food joints. It’s a real feel-at-home spot, as opposed to an upscale fine-dining venue. As a first-timer I came in with no expectations and was surprised that I was still mind-blown after our meal, so much so that I took the time to leave this review for the next person to hopefully find.
1st Impression: 9/10 (unique inside and out)
Menu Impression: 9/10 (intimidating flavors/plate combinations)
Drinks: 9/10 (Water-clean / Irish Coffee-smooth)
Appetizers: 10/10 (chicken bites-perfectly glazed / seared brussels-such a unique flavor)
Plate Presentation: 11/10 (The food here even looks better than fine dining, even down to the plating details, such as the dusted paprika and parsley. It just looks more appetizing.)
Dining Flavor: 11/10 (Twas unexpected how well each menu dish had been prepared. Not one ingredient was overbearing or out of place.)
Overall Appeal: 10/10 would recommend to family, friends, and people walking on the street. Really anyone/everyone is welcomed here.
I hope Mgmt reads reviews and will finally address the slow service. The last 3 of 4 times were not during busy service times.

Food was great as always.
Service was a little slow, maybe because we were outside. Our drinks were not filled unless we specifically asked for it. Server was friendly, just wish she were a little more attentive. Felt like we were forgotten since we sat outside.
Would like to give 5 stars but the service knocks it down for me.
