3.5 – The food was good and a decent deal, as I ended up having tacos a la carte. I wanted enchiladas, but there are no gluten free sauces for enchiladas, the pork chops, etc, like tormentillo, other than their cold salsa. At least, that’s what the counter person told me. Next, she was not helpful, nor trained well. She didn’t bother to let me know that there’s a charge for credit cards until I started to pay. I switched payment. She seems put off that I was asking questions and it was an inconvenience. I will give her this, she was running the front of the restaurant by herself. However, I did not come away with a positive experience.

Small combination left a big impression. The small combination has been my go to for decades. A large steaming burrito (pro tip – upgrade the burrito to beef and bean), a decadent cheese enchilada with diced onion, a crunchy corn shell beef taco and a bean tostada. I always opt for the hot chili, buyer beware, it’s legit.

Finally a Santiago’s who has great service,also warm like they turn the heater on,and give u enough food for your money.. idk if they r they same owners but I got tired of going into a cold Santiago’s and getting charged $4.00 for a small scoop of guacamole n still paying $3.00 for chips. I stopped in this week and the manager, along with two other employees at the register, were in the middle of a discussion. I waited for about 2–3 minutes without so much as a greeting or a “we’ll be right with you.” I eventually left and grabbed food elsewhere. The food here is usually very good, and most of the time the service is great, but whenever the manager is around, things seem to get dramatic and slow to a crawl. Train the team to set expectations. Simple stuff that will keep your customers happy.

Service was awful! Your new POS is a joke. Waitress couldn’t get my order correct, blamed it on the new ordering system. How hard is it to write it down, then go figure out your system behind the counter, not at the table? Everyone else that came in the restaurant after me was served before me. Then the wrong food came out. I tried talking to the waitress, and she wouldn’t even turn around and talk to me. I paid for my soda and left. Won’t go back.

I mostly eat the breakfast burritos here. They are good. Really good. Two half and half w/ cheese will cost you $5.48 out the door as of 10/25/19. In the mornings there is usually a line but it goes fast. The most I’ve ever waited for to go is 20 minutes. Most of the time it’s under 10.

I loved it. I felt like I stepped back in time. The older build of a pizza Hut. I worked at one when I was younger. The atmosphere here was so sweet, and the young people who served us were so cute and delightful. The food was very delicious and fresh. Thank you. Keep up the good job .
