We have tried the Coopers Hawk at the Town Center before but not this location. They said it was a 20 minute wait but we waited about 45 minutes for a table.
Beautiful layout inside. Our server was extremely busy. Had very few visits to check on us. They need more staff to properly check on the patron’s.
I know the flank steak is delish but wanted to try something else.
So i tried the pork chops with mashed potatoes and broccolini.
It was cooked perfectly but lacked seasoning in the meat. I’ve had better pork chops that cost less money. It was just okay. You can’t hide all the flavor under all the toppings.
The crispy Brussel sprouts however we’re delicious. It was a miss for me on my meal.

We had a reservation and the restaurant held our reservation until we were finished with our wine tasting. Kayla, our server, was very attentive and helpful. We used our exrra wine tasting for a glass of wine at the table. I really enjoyed their pretzel bread. Surprisingly, they have a gluten free bread too. My wife had a wedge salad and the Gluten Free soy ginger salmon. I had the Country Rigitoni. We finished with the salted caramel Creme Brule. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and we thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Our waiter, “Van” was a pleasant young man. He smiled and exhibited positive energy.
We made reservations prior and were seated instantly. Our food came out accurate and the portions were large. We did the wine sampling after dinner. The server who poured our wine tastings was friendly and accommodating. We had a great night.

First timer for a birthday (party of 12) and all our food was delicious. I LOVE the 2 tasters (decent amount poured for tasting in my opinion) of wine per person, I was able tp try different wines that i wouldn’t of otherwise! Will definitely come back. I got pictures of some plates but not all!

Today’s visit was EXCEPTIONAL! The food was a straight TEN OUT OF TEN and even better than THAT, was the service from the two black lady with glasses and the white man with glasses at the wine tasting bar. And even BETTER than all of the above was the STAR of the ENTIRE show, my Server SINDY! She’s beautiful inside and out with an accent that’s made for exquisite wines and no matter how busy she got she still checked on all of her tables every frequently. That’s a BIG deal because I’ve gone several times before where the servers will serve your food and forget about you! I once needed something that was missing from my order and by the time I finally got checked on, my meal was completed smh. LISTEN UP COOPERS HAWKS, have Sindy teach your staff a class on Customer Service!

We recently ate at Coopers Hawk in Mandarin and cannot say enough good things! We each had a flight, one red wine and one bubbles! We also ordered the shrimp appetizer. We split the pistachio crusted grouper and butternut squash gnocchi! We will definitely be back to this location!

Emma C was the best waitress we have had! Very knowledgeable about the wines and menu. We appreciated her charming personality and attention to detail during our visit as well as the recommendations she had. The atmosphere was great and even though they were busy, we were never left waiting for anything!

If you want a first-class dining experience, this place is for you. The service was spectacular, the meal+ delicious, and desert – decadent! I highly recommend this restaurant! Be sure to make a reservation at least a few days in advance.

Easy resevations. Nice bar staff, and overall staff was friendly. Our server was a bit curt. Now to the food – pic of bruschetta attached. Seriously this is the worst ever – sliced cherry tomatoes on a piece of bread with basil as scarce as a church mouse. Then burnt bread with butter, and the filet that was ordered with the specialty potatoes and broccoli that was served eith.pitatoes and potatoes..no broccoli until the end of dinner, and it was barely cooked and tasteless.
