Absolutely horrible service and the atmosphere! I stood at the front for a good 5 minutes the manager and and employees kept walk by and not a single employee even said anything. I explain to them I had an order to pick up and the manager said they dont have an order and walked away. I explain that the order got sent here and its only 2 drinks. She said she’s not giving me anything because its not on their screen. I asked if she could look in the system and she refused too do so. Never in my life.

The chicken was good. We ordered teriyaki, spicy zax, regular zax, hot honey mustard, and regular honey mustard sauces. But they only gave us hot zax sauce and regular honey mustard sauce. Went back through the drive through to get the right sauces, and they handed us the wrong ones again. We eventually got what we order, but apparently it wouldn’t have mattered because all of the sauces were either too salty or simply underwhelming. The hot zax sauce was the only palatable one. The Cole slaw and fries were okay. All around, kind of a meh experience.

The highlight, of course, was the food. Their chicken tenders were perfectly crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside—easily some of the best I’ve had. The variety of sauces they offer adds an extra layer of fun, with flavors to suit any preference. I also enjoyed their seasoned crinkle-cut fries, which were a perfect pairing. And let’s not forget their famous Zalads—fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned.
Overall, Zaxby’s delivers a fantastic dining experience, whether you’re grabbing a quick bite or enjoying a meal with family and friends. I’ll definitely be back for more!

The food was delicious, however the customer service was not so great. For starters the staff left the kitchen door open, so it was in the way of the bathroom. Second, they gave me the wrong amount of chicken tenders so I had to go back and ask for another one. And some people were goofing off, not giving all of their attention to the customers. So the food was great but the workers need to straighten up.

The chicken sandwich was disgusting. Chicken was extremely tough and the pickles tasted old. Barely any sauce was put on the sandwich too. The fries are nothing special. While eating, the staff was also arguing/yelling in the back making it quite unpleasant. First time trying Zaxbys and I will never go back. Save yourself the time and just go to Cains or Popeyes. Anywhere else is better.

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN! I would give negative stars if possible! Cheese bites were soggy and gross took them back and got even worst ones. They did NOT listen at all at the SPEAKER and had to take back half the food for being wrong and the other half for being nasty! AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered the Cobb salad. It tasted good, but it is not worth the price. $9.50 for a salad is criminal. There’s no ifs, buts, or coconuts about it. The typical person would rather just order off the regular menu. I will next time.
The drive-thru service was fast. There were 10 cars in front of me and I received my food in 13 minutes. I suppose most places have learned how to prepare food faster during this time, because that usually would equate to a 25-30 minute wait.
