Overcharged. Questioned it and told the price was right. We didn’t want to hold up the line and argue but would never com back here unless this was made right and refund mailed to us. Charged more for ice water than for pop according to the menu and water should never been charged and if anything 25-50¢ at the most for the cup lid and straw. We brought it to her attention. She wouldn’t agree it was wrong then my slip says mellow yellow we had water. And proves on menu doesn’t add up to math I was taught.

The food is good most of the time, its hit or miss. The employees on the other hand act like we the customers are disturbing them. I will say they have a good cheeseburger and fries. They have lots of other great items to choose from. In my opinion july and August are the best time to get a milkshake, (Watermelon) the best.

Always have the best food! Their burgers taste just like you made them outside on your own grill. I’ve never had BAD food here. Wish you could still get $5 trays but they have unfortunately increased along with the price of everything else these days. They are next door to Sonic and their milkshakes are HANDS DOWN so much better than Sonic’s! You can upgrade the drink that comes with your tray to a milkshake for just $1 more and I love that also! Best milkshakes in town!!! I stop every time I am in Morehead. I never eat anywhere else in town, Cook Out is my favorite!

The line was wrapped around the building! That says to me that the food would have been delicious. We were needing to get out of the car with the expectation to dine-in….unfortunately this location didn’t have that option. Maybe next time we can drive through.

Any time I go here to get me and my dog, Harley some food to eat the person taking my order happens every Time 2 and that’s when I tell them l want a plain cheeseburger with no bun that confuses the heck out of them and never have they ever gotten it right! Like how hard is it to get it right?? I don’t see anything complicated about what I just said above.

It is ok…Dairy Queen is better. They have a lot of varieties. We only had shakes, they add a chemical to their shakes that give my nephew headaches the whole next day. But he still likes them.

Fish was absolutely inedible and french fries were rubbery and old. Terrible experience, food is awful. One person at my table ordered a bacon cheeseburger and said it was actually good but the fries weren’t.

Went here around 5:00 pm on a Tuesday. The speakers at every single CookOut I’ve ever been to are terrible. They can’t understand you, and you can’t understand them. I would really appreciate it if the company looked into getting new speakers. The food itself is fairly priced, slightly lower priced than the other restaurants in the area (KFC, Subway). I ordered a tray with 2 quesadillas, 1 honey mustard wrap, some hush puppies, and a bottled water (Dasani) to drink. The quesadillas were good; they looked a little different than I expected, but still good. The wrap was okay, nothing too special but still decent. The hush puppies tasted just a little bit burned to me, but not so much that they were inedible.
