Put the brake on, because you need to eat here!!! It was about an hour before they closed, and we just wanted somewhere to sit comfortably that was warm and have a nice meal together. The staff was amazing did not rush us in any way shape or form and treated us like family in true Italian tradition. Even an hour before they closed, the food was superb! If you’re driving through Niles do not miss this Gem of a restaurant! The prices were excellent, you could spend more at Taco Bell and definitely never have the possibility of this wonderful experience! Thank you Giorgio!

We came tonight because we wanted to try something new and fresh. Well, that was our first mistake.
The atmosphere had us fooled at first — warm lighting, friendly faces, and smells that gave us hope. Our waitress? Fantastic. The greeter? Just as sweet. Honestly, the staff was the highlight of the whole experience.
The food, though… that’s where things took a turn. The wedding soup was actually delicious — the kind of thing you could build a whole restaurant around. The bread was nice too, but I’m still trying to figure out why an Italian restaurant served us margarine instead of butter. And not just with the bread — our poor, overcooked veggies were apparently boiled in it.
Now, my fettuccine Alfredo… oh goodness. No salt, no pepper, and somehow no cheese flavor in sight. The first taste was just milk, but not the good kind — the “microwave mac and cheese made with powdered milk” kind. No herbs. Not even a whisper of garlic. My partner’s lasagna suffered the same fate. I ended up resorting to the table salt, pepper, and what I swear was Walmart-brand Parmesan just to give it a pulse.
We’ve driven past this place hundreds of times. Tonight, we decided not to — and honestly, we really should have kept driving.

We had a party of 13 for a birthday and we sat at the bar instead of waiting for a table. Bartender has a great sense of humor and gave very good service. I had the Vodka Penne with chicken and it was tasty. Everyone with us enjoyed their food.

Menu pricing is fair for the quality of food and dining experience. We had a group over 20 people. Drinks never ran dry, food was out in a timely manner, all orders were correct and tasted wonderfully. Would recommend.
After about 35min service was a bit lax, not bad, just not as enthusiastic as the bringing of the dining experience. Atmosphere is nice, music isn’t too loud. For me it is a bit dark or under lit. Though I believe most people prefer lower lighting for dining.

The hostess was very nice. We were seated promptly after arrival (reservations). Our waitress seemed like she had better places to be. Our entire experience felt like we were rushed to leave. From ordering drinks, food then the check. Didn’t bother to ask about dessert or make us feel welcome. The food was very bland. Some of our dishes claimed to have basil, none was found even on the bruschetta. No seasoning on the chicken. Seafood was bland as was the penne with meatballs. Was a let down, as this restaurant has been hyped up by so many people. Either those people boil their food and don’t use seasoning, or it was an off day. Not sure which, but I’ll go elsewhere next time.

It’s been quite a few years.
Ran in on the fly to grab something quick Friday night before Trumbull New Theater’s opening night.
I took a seat at the bar.
Placed order.
In no time flat warm rolls, butter snd mouth-watering wedding soup were served.
I was in Heaven.
Very civilized, the whole place.
I’ll be back.
Had lunch to celebrate birthday and was impressed by efficiency of waitress, cool atmosphere and delectable champagne chicken.
Lunch portions were hearty!! And satisfying. The green beans, the risotto, the wedding soup.
We loved it!!!

Yes I went to an Italian restaurant on St. Patrick’s Day. In the area for work and wanted to visit a local, non-chain restaurant. I am so glad I did! I had a Reuben sandwich with a cup of wedding soup. Phenomenal! Most restaurants skimp on the meatballs in their wedding soup, not Giorgio’s! Excellent flavor and tons of meatballs. Ate it so quickly I forgot to take a photo for the review. The sandwich was perfect. So many places make them so soggy. This Reuben has the perfect amount of kraut and thousand island.
Too many people just go to the same old chains repeatedly. Make the effort to visit Giorgio’s. I’ll definitely be back

Food was good, server was good. But the hostess was very rude. Honestly if it wasn’t my daughter’s birthday I would have left as soon as she rolled her eyes because we didn’t realize it was homecoming and we’d need a reservation. But once we were seated everything else was wonderful.
