We ordered two cajun cheese fries for nine dollars, got home and realized they put no cajun on them so we drove back out and politely asked for a remake as our fries were no longer fresh and had no cajun, then they gave us the wrong thing a second time, then gave us 2 packs of seasonings for our now cold fries, and finally gave us the remake. The manager makes a snarky unprofessional remark saying, “enjoy your free food.” Though when we tried giving the old food back they said they can’t take it back. Don’t go here, makes me paranoid they’ll spit in my food being mad over something simple as a remake. Will be telling friends the same. (Nightshift)

Nastiest idea in Fast Food History! WALKING TACO. Don’t walk…..RUN! They took a small bag of Doritos then smashed them into bits. Then they open bag and dump hotdog chili, shredded lettuce and sour cream into the bag and hand it to you. It felt like a loaded Diaper. No way to eat it politely. Most unappetizing presentation of food I have ever seen. Straight away disgusting and stupid expensive. Yikes

The cashier Austin, has great customer service skills, made ordering smooth and simple, very friendly, and made my 3 yr old daughter very happy while waiting for our food because he surprised her with a little toy. Customer service like that is hard to come by these days. Food was made fast and Austin also let us know right when our food came out. Also saw him staying on top of trash and cleaning while we were in there. Great worker! 10/10

They overcharged us for our food and when I questioned the cashier she stated that “that’s how it’s always rung up”
A few minutes later another person in our party overheard the manager explaining to the cashier that we had in fact been overcharged and how it should be rung up in future, however nobody came to our table to give the money back that we’d been overcharged! It didn’t matter how good your food is, if you’re deceitful in your practices, your customers won’t come back.

I’ve ate at cookouts across states and I’ve never in my life had a worse bbq sandwich than I had tonight! Seriously it didn’t even taste on brand! Totally different! It actually was smothered in a dark brown sweet bbq sauce instead of the vinegar based kind that is typical for the brand. Normally it’s like a sour vinegar tangy goodness with texas pete and it’s just amazing.Also y’all do realize it’s called “pulled” pork right? I had a huge slab of meat; all one piece. Good luck taking a bite out of it. Yeah very disappointed I didn’t get the usual perfection that is cookouts pulled pork sandwiches! Sad my new local cookout is an outlier compared to every single cookout I’ve ever had and uses a different bbq sauce.
Edit: I’ve ate at other local cookouts and they also differ from what I’m used to and come to expect. They also use the same sweet style BBQ sauce. I guess it was an NC thing to use the vinegar style sauce? I guess different locations just use whatever they want.

The servis is slow as molasses in winter. I went in on a lunch break had 30 minutes waiting in the drive in line for 25-30mijutes minutes and another 20 to get the food it was ridiculous. Then when we got the food the cheese bites I ordered were burnt to a crisp with no cheese , very disappointing.

I will never go back to this restaurant again. I was very disappointed. Not to mention the food was terrible. The burgers were so small and the fries we’re not what they were supposed to be. It cost me and my boyfriend over $30 to eat but it was not worth $2.

Came here three times and have to say disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe what I go through from randomly up charging me to upgrading my drinks then charging me extra to straight up just getting my orders wrong this time was just way worse then I could imagine. They got both me and my finances burger wrong
I attempted to call 20 times and the phone is just off the ringer I guess they don’t want anyone calling to complain about the terrible service this is horrendous and I will not be coming back after tonight. Hopefully this extra hour of driving will be fixed and they rectify their wrong doing.
Btw one burger was supposed to be plain the other only ketchup pickles onion and mustard no lettuce or tomato or mayo
Update I attempted to go back for some food tonight and who would have known it they messed up my order again. Shameful at the fact that I keep trying to give this place a try I guess that on me though huh. Anyone ordered a big double burger tray with a chicken wrap Cajun style specifically told them NO MAY NO SOUR CREAM OR WHATEVER IT COMES WITH THEY SAID OK! Then I get my food home and lo and behold WHITE STUFF SPREAD ALL OVER MY CHICKEN! Either they are playing a joke or they just don’t know how to do their jobs here. Shameful.

Slow. Very very slow. Order wasnt correct, had to go back through the line. Not that big of a deal. Food was not good. Couldn’t even eat the chicken wrap. Tortilla was crunchy and the chicken was chewy and hard. Walking taco looks like the bag was completely crushed. Not broken up, but like powdery ! Not good.
