Went through the drive-thru here a couple weeks ago, and I had to wait in a parking space for my food, which was a double qpc value meal. I figured if they’re making me wait, then it must be hot and fresh right? NOPE. The fries were cold, stale, and oil soaked, which didn’t immediately set me off, because that’s actually quite common.

But when I got home, and started eating the burger, I found that one of the patties was actually raw and uncooked inside. In 40 plus years of eating at McDonald’s restaurants not just all over the country, but all over the world, this is by far my worst experience. The food was absolutely disgusting to a degree I’ve never seen before.

When I see those Golden Arches I feel like I’m seeing those golden gates. Them workers are like little angels. They come with my BIG MAC and those fries and I just feel all warm inside. Ask for Brenda and tell her “Put an extra patty on that ” Tell her I sent ya.

INCREDIBLY rude manager. Went through the drive through, politely tried to ask the woman at the drive through (older woman, maybe 50s, curly brown hair in a ponytail, appeared to be the manager because she looked like the only one up front) VERY RUDELY told me she was supposed to charge me ..I held up the sauce I PAID FOR and tried to explain that I DID pay for it – SHE put the PAID FOR sauces in my bag! They were just the wrong ones. She was snippy, rolling her eyes, and handed me one. I asked for the second one because, again, I asked at the window for 2 and then was charged for 2. She shut the window in my face. Absolutely unacceptable.

Excellent food and service.

The customer service staff are amazing.

Two employees, Sidel and Jackie, were exceptionally polite.

The store is spotlessly clean.

The staff might want to check the rest rooms before opening the store. Never any paper products.

The past couple times I’ve come there’s been 2 guys working the night shift, today on 8/18 around 11pm it was the same 2 as the other night. Just came here to say they have the best vibes and customer service and always look like they are having fun. My fries are also always fresh when they are working. They are so nice, 10/10 recommend !!

We substitute for an extra fry for kids meals because of apple allergies.. so you can imagine how disappointing it would be to see that there were apples and not extra fries. Not to mention they gave us like 5 fries.. i don’t see an option to post pictures but literally that wouldn’t suffice for a two year old & mines 6. Everything was tipped upside down & receipt even says extra fries so i’m not sure how that happened i guess they don’t pay attention. I’ve never had a single good experience at this location unfortunately. There was one person in front of me and no one behind me. They were not busy at all.

Indoor dining was very clean & decorated nice. However, we were the only people dining & it took forever to get our food. No one was at the front when we went in to order (I don’t do Kiosk) I had to flag an employee down coming from the restroom who walked right past us w/out greeting us to say someone would be right with us. Management needs to train better on customer service skills. When we finally got our food our burger buns were way too brown & tough to chew on top & food barely warm. Again, we were the only people dining inside, all other customers were drive-thru.
