My husband and I have been going to Cook Out for many, many years in both South Carolina and originally in North Carolina. The food was always great and the orders were right. The last year or so at the Cherry Rd location in Rock Hill, SC…the fries are greasy and most of the time the order is wrong! We ordered onion rings, got fried cheese curds, the fries are greasy and I paid for extra cheese sauce…not there. Put onions on my brother’s burger …which he is allergic to and no ketchup or tomato all which he told the guy who took the order. We accepted the smaller burgers because everyone is cutting corners. Don’t know what happened to this Cherry Road…Rock Hill Cook Out, but it is no where close to the great food we always got from them. We don’t go as much and are getting to the point it is just not worth the hassle. They do still havd good shakes though.

Hotdog was tiny as hell. Reminds me of an ex. Shakes supposed to be bomb…..nope!! Tea was trash HOW!? It’s the SOUTH!!! Asked for a Cajun wrap and a ranch wrap. Got a Cajun ranch wrap…….fail.

The Cook Out Hot dog tray with Cajun fries was delicious. I had a hankering for hotdogs and stopped by here. It had been a while since I had enjoyed Cook Out hotdogs ordered Cook Out style. They hit the spot and were made perfectly with the right amount of mustard, slaw, onions, and chili. It was just as I remembered and look forward to enjoying it again.

Drive thru was long but moved pretty fast. Nuggets were too well done. Burger was great. Happy they were open late night. Very convenient distance from our hotel room.

Went there about 15 mins ago. This girl with purple hair was at the window. She said instead of bottled water can I just make you one in a cup. I was like sure. Then I waited so long I said can I have a refund for the difference in the bottled water. I’ll wait. She rolled her eyes and handed me a bottled water. I said so you do have bottled water and she said yes but I have to walk and get it. SMH lazy young people. Like good luck ever making more then min wage girly. Won’t be going back there. Food was missing lett, tomato, and onion but I will take the blame for not checking.

It was very busy several big groups as well as multiple cars in the drive-thru. Still only took 5 minutes. The guy at the window was very friendly and the food was all fresh and made correctly. Whoever is running this location does an awesome job! Please come help Lancaster location out

It’s Cook Out. Ordered the Cajun Fries. They were like $3+. Never had them before. Disappointed as we thought for the price it would be more like a basket. It was like a small fries with very little seasoning. Also had the BLT. It was good except the slice of tomato was paper thin. But the shakes were delicious and IMO that’s the important part. Strawberry cheesecake!

I will not stop at this location ever again it is totally filthy disorganized a terrible experience! Box of ketchup packets dropped on the floor in front of the window into a puddle of water which they picked up and put back in the box and serve to people! Fries were old… How often do you clean the oil in your fryers you should be dumping it and refreshing it quite often it tastes burnt and old
