Saw the viral TikTok video of the cheesecake with toppings and decided that I wanted to try it. So I went and ordered a few cheesecakes, at least 4. All of the cheesecakes looked good except two. The peach cobbler one just didn’t have the cookies crumbled up on the cheesecake. It was just two cookies in the corner. I can deal with that. But the strawberry banana cheesecake, this I wasn’t expecting it to look like that. A half of a banana, not cut up on top of the cheesecake and strawberries. That’s not cool at all. No effort in presentation whatsoever.

Do not get the hot dogs. Worse dogs ever. The bread was hard and what wasn’t hard was soaggie. Coleslaw had no mayo just dry cabbage. The hotdogs itself tasted like it was a week old.

This place is pathetic!
1- Today I ordered a burger and a shake at 2:20 PM. Only one person in front of me, wasn’t given my order until 2:34 PM. Person in front had 1 drink and a small bag (like mine) for food.
2- Before ordering, I specifically asked if the cheese was real cheddar or American processed. The answer was they serve both. So I ordered a regular cheddar burger real cheese. (Not value sized)
3- The small Burger had about 5 drops of American cheese on it, and it was cold (after waiting 14 minutes) The employee told me it was “liquid cheddar”. (See picture)
4- According to the manufacturer, here are the ingredients in “liquid cheddar”:
The ingredients include cheese whey, modified food starch, partially hydrogenated soybean oil, Cheddar cheese, jalapeño peppers, sodium phosphate, salt maltodextrin, vinegar, MSG, mono and diglycerides, sodium stearoyl-2-lactylate, natural flavors, and artificial colors.
Certainly NOT real cheese!
5- When asked why the service took so long for a cold, small burger, the employee answered flippantly she didn’t know.

This is the third time my order has been horrendous or just flat out wrong. These hot dogs look terrible and one of them had a bug in it !!! Don’t go to this location!!

I ordered two bacon ranch wraps with extra sauce. They said the would give me sauce on the side. Which I did not receive. As I was eating the first wrap I noticed there was no lettuce in the wrap as well as no bacon. All that was in the wrap was one chicken tender. There was only about a tea spoon of ranch at the end portion of the wrap. There was no cheese. Only the piece of children and a little ranch in the tortilla. The 2nd wrap had a chicken tender, ranch a pinch of cheese, a little ranch, no bacon and one slice of lettuce.

I don’t ever have any problems from this cookout but idk if the young lady (Aspen) I believe was her name, working drive thru is having a bad day or she wants to use her job. She was definitely rude, and impatient. We had to repeat our order numerous times to her cause she kept messing it up. When she gave us our food, she dumped it in the bag no holders just everything dumped together. I’m disappointed smh.
