I love their limited edition pretzel pizza it’s the only place that has cheese sauce instead of pizza sauce that makes pretzel pizza and it’s the only reason I go here and they only have it once a year. This year they stepped it up and added a stuffed cheesy crust to the pretzel pizza and it’s a game changer!! Love it!! They need to make it permanent and I’d visit more often.

I give up place is just doing bare minimum to make good food. Pizza is always over cooked never enough cheese always dry… Wings are disgusting burnt rubber with horrible flavor. Crazy Bread !!! No butter no parmasian cheese dry garbage. And nothing is cheap all BS..

Soggy wet under cooked pizza. Seems like ever ordered it’s undercooked and soggy I’ve had several orders that are just terrible, either undercooked, dried (lacking sauce), or not enough cheese. Just go to dominos do a online order for carry out you can get a large 1 topping for $7.99 it’s cheaper than this place.

What a joke little Caesars in Fenton MO. Ordered a 2 topping pizza so you took a hot-n-ready pizza threw some mushrooms on it sent back to oven for a minute or 2. Crust overcooked and mushrooms all fell off pizza not 1 stayed on.. then asked for extra butter and parmesan on crazy bread took bag from me put some on then rang me up for another $1.60. Your owner will be notified. This is not how you run a business.

A couple of updates towards the bottom. The commercial says pretzel crust hot and ready…the sign in the front says the same thing. I go in, ask if they have the pretzel crust hot and ready, and they say no, we don’t keep that hot and ready. I point out the sign and the kids that work there laugh at me and say it again. Still think you are worth $15 per hour? Probably not worth employing.
Update: almost a year later and none of my family have ate here since. We all used to eat here at least twice a month with several times once a week. We now use any other pizza place. I have even spoke with family and friends in other areas and got them to stop eating at Little Caesars all together as well.
Second update 07/28/23. I thought we would give it one last try. They should seriously stop advertising Hot And Ready at this store. It is absolutely false advertising at this point! I will say that they staff this time were friendly and the store is clean so that has improved. But, I doubt I will be back. Every other pizza place is so much better, I mean literally pick one and you will probably have a better experience.

Just picked up my food from there the man was very nice on phone and during pickup and was kind to the little kid coming in with a parent! Well done staff and clean store and easy service!
