Cook out milkshakes and food are fantastic! But this location is not good. The bathrooms are nasty. There are regularly groups of kids hanging out causing trouble especially at night. Hardly any seating inside. Skip this location and head down Battleground to the next CookOut.

The problem is the speaker at the menu is not in working condition, and has not bee. For a while at the cookout on battleground beside maxie B’s. It’s awful. Another problem is the staff are not friendly they take your debit card from you and throw your food at you and then slam the window shut!! How rude. That’s not good customer service at all!! The food was wonderful!! Service was terrible!! Yall need to do way better on the customer service part!!

Fairly typical fast food experience. Sometimes very nice, patient employees other times, not so much. Food is tasty if not very nourishing. The shakes especially so. Milkshake with half blueberry cheesecake half strawberry cheesecake is amazing!

Went through the drive through. Checked our order as we were leaving. We were missing a burger. Went inside and showed my receipt. The lady who helped me corrected our order with no problems. Very helpful and friendly. Thanks so much.

So, I came here Monday night to get my kids food. I ordered two junior trays, and specifically said I wanted the cheeseburgers with just cheese and ketchup. Got home and both burgers were not right. Burgers had mayo, mustard, ketchup and nasty onions. I should have known better and checked the order because like normal the joking around at the window between employees was out of line. But that’s normal for cookout, right. So I called that night at 7:49. Spoke to a girl for less than a minute. She told me to come in and bring the food back. I told her I was always away so I couldn’t come and would bring the cold food to her tomorrow. Her reply. “You can just throw it away. Okay the burgers got trashed. So I called that night at 7:49. Spoke to a girl for less than a minute. She told me to come in and bring the food back and they would replace it. I told her I was a ways away so I couldn’t come untill the next day. She told me it would be fine. Granted it’s a couple days later. Doesn’t matter. She said to explain to the manager the situation when you get here. Fast forward to tonight. I explained my situation when I got there lol. I had to feel embarrass doing it. Looking like I wanted something for free. Only for the girl to return to the counter and tell me that no Manager has a recollection of talking to me on Monday night. So cool, Manager has no recollection of talking to me on Monday so my daughter was the only one who wanted to cook out tonight so I had to pay for her tray and milkshake after being out 20 bucks from the time they screwed up the order. I’m using talk to text right now and anybody in. iPhone knows how messed up talk to text is so if some of this doesn’t make sense I’ll fix it later. Just wanted them to know that they got this review just now and I just left 15 minutes ago.

Just left through drive through maybe the young lady who took my order was tired, because she was not to pleasant, but we ordered a crispy chicken tray with chicken nuggets, and 2 hotdog tray with fries and coleslaw fries soggy as if they where sitting for hours and tasted burnt, smh cookout have people pack in drive through and inside ,how is that today it was three cars in front of us and the order was done sloppy and food was cold. I expected better as much as my grandchildren go there and eat,, what the heck is going on . Because the corporate call me back immediately I will change my star. From 1 to 2 if it was just talking to the lady I spoke with I would have given her a higher score but cookout you need to know who you hiring to make your company look good are bad.

Good food, customer care could be better. I’ve received an incorrect order a few times from lack of order confirmation which is my fault as well. It’s always a rush with food orders so that’s understandable. First time I went through the drive through raining water POURED in my window. The awning’s angle at the window is terrible for rain and they are apparently aware of it when I asked. My fault for having my window down before I drove up but certainly wasn’t expecting the bucket of water in my seat.
