Sadly, this Cookout has gone downhill steadily and I’ll never go back. The last few orders (all to go) had something wrong with nearly every item.
Today was the clincher… a wad of partially cooked, caked together onion rings dumped in a big lump in a bag. Whomever loaded it into the bag absolutely had to know they were delivering poor quality unsafe slop.

Our first experience at Cook Out was disappointing. The cashier displayed a poor attitude and unhelpful customer service, making our inquiries feel unwelcome. Especially with her bad attitude and neck rolling, she acted like she didn’t want to be bothered with answering questions about their menu, or be at work. The cleanliness of the restaurant was lacking, particularly near the soda machine it looked like the floor had not been mopped in weeks. The BBQ sandwich was dry and flavorless, only improved by a touch of Louisiana hot sauce, while the burger was similarly lacking in moisture. The highlight of the meal was the cheese quesadilla. Unfortunately, we will not be returning.

I want this particular location to be good so bad being in close proximity to my home, however honestly I hate it. Burgers always cold and dry. I get the same dbl patty cheese burger. It is always cold and dry. To the point the cheese wont even melt. I keep trying every few months in hopes of a change. I tried today which led to this review. Please do better.

I guess you get what you pay for! Portions were really small. Food was very bland and not fresh! The gentleman who took our orders seems to have been new, which is fine. However, the person working with him seemed very impatient and frustrated which made ordering our food longer than we expected. We got our food and expected to dine in, but ALL of the tables and chairs were filthy! Sooo we had to clean our own spot off… Great! My overall rating? 5/10, definitely won’t be going back.

Drive thru barely works so of course got my order wrong (overcharged me and don’t u worry cause i will be coming in for a refund when your store opens next).
Burger extremely burned and not worth eating (gave to dog).
Also got rid of blue Powerade.

I love the food don’t call me too crazy you know it’s true! Can’t beat the milkshakes with the trays and they give you a decent amount of food, but you gotta bring back the cappuccino flavor for the milkshakes and thicken them milkshakes just all lil for the customers that like to scoop

They used sour milk to make my and my daughter’s milk shake. We just threw them away. There is no way that they couldn’t smell the milk was bad when making the shake. Freaking gross…and I’m out $9.

Drive through does not have a screen, speaker is unclear and personnel don’t hear so well. That is why a dricw through should have a screen. It’s really not that expensive. I hate it when paying for a meal and when I get home one of us sit around the table with no food. Its embarrassing and starts a fight. I also hate it holding up the queue while going through all the bags and the slip to see if I got everything. While next guy wait. My point is that you are losing customers because you won’t spend $150 on a screen.

The restaurant I visited had a three-star rating, primarily due to its good service and atmosphere. The burgers were delicious, with juicy patties and flavorful toppings. However, the main downside was the excessive greasiness of the food. The high oil content left a heavy feeling in the stomach, diminishing the overall dining experience. Despite the good burgers, the greasiness prevented me from fully enjoying the meal.
