The restaurant I visited had a three-star rating, primarily due to its good service and atmosphere. The burgers were delicious, with juicy patties and flavorful toppings. However, the main downside was the excessive greasiness of the food. The high oil content left a heavy feeling in the stomach, diminishing the overall dining experience. Despite the good burgers, the greasiness prevented me from fully enjoying the meal.

I guess you get what you pay for! Portions were really small. Food was very bland and not fresh! The gentleman who took our orders seems to have been new, which is fine. However, the person working with him seemed very impatient and frustrated which made ordering our food longer than we expected. We got our food and expected to dine in, but ALL of the tables and chairs were filthy! Sooo we had to clean our own spot off… Great! My overall rating? 5/10, definitely won’t be going back.

Love the picnic style food! I usually request the “house style” double burgers from their list of styles. Their onion rings are the BEST made from REAL onions, not the equal-sized-paste-extrusions found at other restaurants. Also love the variety of milkshakes too! It’s gotta be good when served with a straw AND spoon!

Don’t know what going on but don’t waste your time with the drive through. If you can’t go inside skip it all together. I’ve tried going 3x in the last week and sat in the drive through line for 25+ minutes without movement. The issue appeared they weren’t even taking orders. Cars were stopped at the order speakers and back but nothing between order speakers and checkout windows. Get it together cook out! I love you and just want to give you my money! But I can’t if you won’t let me.

Worst cookout, ordered food at 3:07 pm. It’s 3:46 pm now. Only have 1 order which came out at 3:25. Store is empty of customers. Corporate says they can’t help us resolve as store won’t answer the phone. Terrible customer service

This place has been so bad lately with service. Food is pretty good but takes forever to get it. Went through the drive through to get a shake and got to the window and paid. They made me pull around to the front…once again for just a shake! Waited 10 min and the shake never came so I had to go in to get it. Just ridiculous. Please avoid unless you absolutely love the food and love waiting far too long for it.

My family and I are visiting from Omaha, Nebraska. We just happened to see this place on our way out and LOVED it! The food was AMAZING, fairly priced and the drive thru attendant was SO nice! Bonus points too for for for printing bible verses on the bags! I’d LOVE to see this at home…keep the smiles going you guys, you’re rocking it!

As this was my first visit, it took me a while to figure out the menu. I ordered chili fries, BBQ, and a pineapple shake. The chili fries and shake were good. However, the BBQ was so bad that I threw it away ….. also, there was no salt, pepper, condiments, or napkins at the booths.
