Love the Ritz Carlton and their dining experience. The Contour NY is exquisite and very classy. The hostess that checked us in was so delightful and accommodating. The food was also very tasty and a great portion size. Not a crowded menu, but what’s on is worth it all.

Obscenely expensive is true but it was also terrible. Running late, we decided to eat at the hotel. The worst meal I have had anywhere let alone New York. Had corned beef hash off the breakfast menu. Had to flag down the waiter for coffee. My husbands omelet was watery. It’s hard to mess up breakfast but they managed to do so. Avoid it!

The food is no where near the price or “Ritz” level. The waiter got our order wrong, the salad wasn’t very good, and the main dish we had was weak. Very few vegetarian options.
