Sorry to say, the worst ramen I ever had. The noodles were like cardboard; the tofu was soggy; everything was bland and under cooked. I don’t usually write bad reviews unless it’s absolutely necessary to warn others. I would pay $13.49 to NOT have to eat this dish.

This is a fast table service restaurant it is mostly pizza, burgers and a couple of Asian dishes. You can also order chicken cream salad. The first thing you do when you get there is to get a card to reserve your table. This is very convenient because you are guaranteed seating. Make sure you remember your table number. Next, you get inline to order and pay for your food. Once that is done you go and get your drink. The have the Coca-Cola Freestyle machines for soda and water. If you ordered beer they will bring it with your meal to your table. Sut back, relax and enjoy your meal.

Finding out how to order was the most difficult part of this. They need to make it a little more clear on seating and ordering, but the food was good! We ordered the bulgogi Ramen and the bulgogi rice bowl. Both were actually really good. The fries were okay. Of course, everything is overpriced, but that’s just the day we live in. The one time drink is bogus though. I couldn’t even refill my cup to get water.

Very crowded took us about 10 minutes to find seating (which the workers make you find before you order).Only one lady was taking orders. Food was very expensive which is expected. We waited for over an hour for our food just to find out they messed up our order twice and we’re very rude when we asked for it to be fixed. The burger was horrible, very dry! The pizza was okay. The shakes tasted just like Wendy’s frosty! They unfortunately have no straws or lids for your drinks. You can’t refill your drink in the cup you paid 5 dollars for. Always read the reviews before you eat here!

Air conditioning isn’t working, temp is 95 heat index outside is 105. mobile order from interior table got lost in the shuffle so they had to remake it. Only 2 out of 3 freestyle Coke machines are operating with little to no ice available due to guest getting water and ice. Food wasn’t great but did the job. Overall, probably a once and done for me.

As soon as I entered , Famished with my family. I was not greeted kindly but with disgust. They claimed they will not serve us unless we download an app first. U also cannot take out food. Manager in blue was very disgusting ordering around everyone to obey the app requirement or leave and was not being kind to cashiers and servers who are not at fault ( great people ) Food was bland. No salt. No pepper. No anything. Ramen was horrific. Chewy noodles, broth was rancid. Burgers were mid. Cannot receive refills on soda machines without them locking. Very expensive, overall horrifying and disgusting experience. DO NOT COME HERE ( especially if you do not speak english they will not accommodate you. )

We were extremely happy with our food throughout Universal except for this place. The food here is absolutely terrible. Pork ramen was disgusting even the noodles were awful. Kids couldn’t even eat the burger here (but loved the Krusty burger). The soda machines also don’t work here which added to the frustration of a long wait. Eat anywhere in the park but here. You will regret eating here. Don’t do it even if you’re starving..just walk a few feet over to the Jurassic Park food.
