Great service from the beginning. We sat outside and enjoyed a few drinks. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Alfredo and it was excellent! I’ll definitely return!

Last Sunday, we had the pleasure of dining at Colina on the Hill, I started off with one of their signature cocktails, called a Waterfall Dreaming, I wished I could’ve had several more, but I know I would have been dreaming about it for days, followed byan appetizer, we tried the calamari which was like no other calamari I’ve eaten and it was delicious with a sweet chili sauce on it, and the presentation was perfect. I had the ribeye I had to accompanied with Cajun rice that could not be topped in New Orleans. The staff at the restaurant was tops. My server by the name of Tabbie was so pleasant and suggested my choices from the menu as I hadn’t eaten there in the past. The manager, I believe her name was Julie was just as pleasant and so to it that we did not have a need for the night. May friend thought the same as they had some sort of pasta with lobster.I give this restaurant five stars and highly suggest for anyone. I only wish that I had room for some of their desserts as they had a choice of several that I was drooling for, but I will be back to get one of those desserts. Can’t wait for the summer to try the patio dining as it was so quaint. BRAVO!

This place is a hidden little gem. We love going to the Hill but several restaurants are not open on Sunday and that is how we found Colinas. The food was excellent and the staff was so friendly and accommodating. We started off with their appetizer special which was a lobster ricotta empanadas with garlic aioli. Next I ordered the chicken cordon blue with white cheddar gnocchi and spinach and my husband ordered the beef medallions with Parmesan risotto and asparagus. Everything was excellent and the portions were very plentiful. We have enough for a second meal. They had a special for $8 you get two pieces of fried chicken and one side. We had to order that to bring home and it did not disappoint! The chicken was moist and the coating was nice and thin. We will definitely be back and we will bring friends. I do recommend making reservations because the place is not very big. I am so thankful you were open on a Sunday

We were so excited to try this restaurant, and the host gave us such a sweet welcome. However, the experience quickly went downhill. Because our assigned table was in a dark corner that made my daughter feel uncomfortable, my husband politely asked if we could move. After a few minutes of waiting with no update, we assumed it wasn’t possible and settled in.
When the server returned, she was visibly angry. She snapped at us, ‘You don’t want to move now?! I was pulling the table together!’ Her tone was incredibly aggressive. Even after we agreed to move to de-escalate the situation, she shouted a sarcastic ‘Thank you!’ at my back as I walked past. We felt so mistreated that we ended up leaving.
The food and atmosphere might be great, but no business can thrive when customers are treated with such blatant disrespect.

We ate here for the first time tonight and it was amazing. The brisket TRavs were AMAZING. The gnocchi were pillowy and perfect. And the Salmon special was also fantastic. This was some of the best food we’ve had in the City and prices are very reasonable. We will be back!

I tried the bruschetta that everybody raved about, and wow! That tomato jam really sings! It was fabulous ❤️ For my main course I had their special squid ink fettuccine with shrimp and lobster cream sauce and it was quite lovely. Tabby was a wonderful server, and made my experience very welcoming.

The bread and beet appetizer was a major disappointment. We almost called it a day after we tried to pick at it. It was terribly dry, and the rest of the app had zero flavor, but we decided we might as well try a main course to give it a fair chance, so my husband and I both split their Special of the Day and wow. We were absolutely blown away. I still dream of these steak medallions and gnocchi.
“Steak tenderloin medallions with buttered champagne parmesan sauce; gnocchi and trumpet mushrooms on the side.”
Truly one of the best dishes I’ve had in STL.
Their strawberry shortcake dessert was alright, but if you can get the medallion steak . . .
Props to the chef on his specials. We’ll definitely be back to try more!

This was my first date with my lady and it was a excellent choice! The food was gorgeous and tasty fresh and cooked to perfection. I had the red snapper and my lady had the toasted ravioli. Our server Tabby was very attentive and extremely pleasant. The whole experience was wonderful. The setting was very interesting as it use to be an old service station with fresh flowers on the tables and great air con and outdoor heating. I will definitely be going back again as the menu had many more delicious looking items to be tasted. Highly recommended!!!

We’ve passed this place so many times and were so excited to give it a shot. It did not disappoint! We thought it was a barbecue restaurant, and it isn’t. At all. But they had some tasty food that was presented with care. The server would not let me get too low on water–he was on top of it!
My partner and I shared some brisket ravioli, which came with marinara and green goddess dressing for dipping. I couldn’t choose which I preferred. My partner ordered the salmon with bamboo rice, artichoke hearts, and chili glaze. It was delicious and he really enjoyed it. My grilled chicken sandwich was so good. The shredded carrots on top were unexpectedly yummy.
My only complaint is how awful the outdoor patio tables are. There’s nowhere to put your legs without bumping up against the wrought iron. It’s so minor, though, and we’ll just eat inside from now on. All in all, highly recommend this place!

Love Collina. Besides the great staff they have amazing food. Love the calamari appetizers follows with cold salads are a great way to start the meal. The beef medallions are so tender you won’t need a knife to cut them. If you are in the mood for pasta, try the Fettuccine de Gabara. The braised tenderloin has such a great sauce. A nice assortment of dessert choices are a great way to end your meal. All the staff are friendly and helpful.
