We’ve been coming to Max Taps regularly over the past two weeks and it has quickly become one of our favorite spots. The atmosphere is relaxed and welcoming — it can be pretty quiet during the weekdays, but it makes for a nice laid-back experience, and on Fridays it’s a great place to hang out.
A big part of why we keep coming back is Neil. He brings a ton of hospitality and professionalism to the bar. He mentioned he’s been a bartender for several years, and it really shows. Please please please try the bees knees cocktail! Not only are his drinks consistently excellent, but he also takes the time to teach newer bartenders the craft, which is great to see. I’ve challenged him a few times by asking for random drinks just to see what he’d come up with, and every single one has been spot-on and delicious. He’s friendly, attentive, checks in often, and always has thoughtful recommendations — even offering samples so you can try something new.
The food here is solid as well. I’ve had the pizza (which I personally think is very good, despite hearing mixed opinions from others) and they recently added a new fryer, so now wings are amazing. Between the food, drinks, and service, Max Taps is definitely worth visiting.
Overall, if you’re looking for a place with great drinks, a comfortable vibe, and outstanding service — especially from Neil (ask for him) — Max Taps is an excellent choice.

Super DISAPPOINTING was looking for a fun night out and saw they had a bingo night. We walked and sat at a table. After a few minutes we walked up to the bar assuming maybe that’s how this place works we ordered nachos, a drink, and water. They asked if I wanted ice with my water…. And then never gave me a water…. The bingo guy had never used a microphone before and also played RELIGIOUS MUSIC followed by something in Spanish, and it wasn’t Benny blanco or bad bunny. The food took forever and they ended up walking it all around the restaurant before I asked if it was mine. The cheese was SOUR and there was hardly any food on the plate. I wasn’t interested in having my food remade. And decided it was time to leave. …. This place is a great example of why alcoholics shouldn’t open a bar. I will not be back and will not be recommending to anyone.

Great spot with a friendly staff. We only had the beer here but it was served up by Neil who as noted by others as a super friendly and knowledgeable on the beers there. The big deck was a cool spot to watch small planes land at the local airport too! We will be back!

Great selection of beers. Seating situation is good overall but might be 7 o’clock on a Friday night is a weird time to get there, because we ended up sitting in a six person booth because it was the only thing free. It seemed to be very popular with families and some older folks. The live music was a cool touch, but it was a bit loud and incoherent, except for the cool instruments, those were able to be distinguished pretty well. They had this really interesting little vending machine, but the stuff in it was around $15 and since it was a mystery, I wasn’t sure if it would be worth it. I’d come back, maybe a bit earlier in the day.

WE’RE IN DENVER FROM OUT OF TOWN FOR THE NIGHT. WE DECIDED TO HAVE A DRINK. SO WE WENT TO (MAX TAP CO.) IN CENTENNIAL COLORADO. (THE DENVER TECH CENTER AREA.) When we walked in we were greeted by Neal who was a great host & bartender / mixologist. He made us feel very welcomed & he made us a drink that he’s trying out to see if people like it. He says he wants to do it for the Denver Broncos & he calls it (A Whiskey Orange Crush Smash) – It has whiskey, orange slice, orange pulp, Demerara, & lemon zest in it. The drink tastes like an orange juice with a kick at the end!!! IT WAS A VERY GOOD COMBINATION OF FLAVORS & DRINK!!! PLEASE COME IN & TRY TODAY & LET HIM KNOW WHAT YOU THINK!!!! I GAVE IT A 9/10. Also They have 60 craft beers on tap. So Then I had to try a Craft beer. So I got one from Mexico – It was called – Melvin Jesus with a lime slice. It tasted a lot like a Corona beer with lime. They have the Bloom & Grow kitchen. A food truck that is parked in the parking lot taking orders & bringing the food to your table. We tried their Garlic & Parsley Cheese Curds with ranch. They were very good Cheese Curds. They were better than Dairy Queens Cheese Curds. OVERALL THIS IS A VERY GREAT WARM PLACE TO GO GET A DRINK & A SNACK AT THE END OF THE DAY. HECK EVEN THE MIDDLE OF THE DAY LIKE US. YOU CAN EVEN BRING THE KIDDOS CUZ THEY’RE WELCOME TO. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!!!! 10/10

This is my favorite place! The views are out of this world! It has a giant wrap around deck with mountain views. They even have a gondola with a table and the perfect view. There are so many drink options, everyone will find something they enjoy. I really like the sake and hard kombucha! The staff is friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable and the quality top notch. They have great food truck options if you’re hungry. It has so much space, it has become a popular place to host parties and events. There is a jukebox and a really cool mystery vending machine. I got Pokémon cards for my youngest, and adult coloring pages for my bestie. The owners are very generous, they support local charities and nonprofits. It’s nice to see a business supporting their community! They also have another great location in Highlands Ranch. I am so glad I found this place!!!

One of the best rap rooms around! They have Bloom & Grow Kitchen in-house providing gourmet burgers, sandwiches and snacks. Not to mention its amazing west facing patio where yo can see the whole front range. It’s a must visit.

Max Taps has an amazing beer selection. The service is polite and professional and they are very good at helping the undecided. There’s usually a food truck and other dining choices in the same shopping center. I can only wait for patio season because they have one of the best views in the city.
