Went here for the first time a couple weeks ago. We went here for my nieces birthday. Bowling was fun with easy to program lanes and plenty of TVs to watch all the games. Lanes were nice and it was a fun experience. Then we have dinner at Jugs and it was reasonably priced with great food. The have a cool game room that we’ll have to check out next time we go.

I checked this place out in November. They have an awesome menu and it is amazing seeing what they did with the place. The bowling alley is very nice and open along with a bar. The employees have been very very sweet including Calvin, Jennifer, and Makayla. However I did not have a good experience with a manager. She was very disrespectful, older blonde woman. She did not seem to care at all. Makes me wonder how the employees are getting treated here. Overall very nice place but not fond of management.

Recently my team and I (18 of us ) had a Christmas party at this venue. Peter our host was amazing with his service and accommodations!! He had 2 of the simulation bays and 2 lanes reserved for use as well as preloaded arcade cards so there was a seamless flow from one activity to another. Peter made sure we had our drink choices quickly and our meals were served without much waiting. Our meals were delicious and of good portion sizes. The facility was clean and well organized. Great job to Peter and the staff for making a successful Christmas party for us!!!I myself will be back to try more of the menu items!

The facility has a lot of potential, but unfortunately it’s not managed very well. Signing up for bowling leagues is frustrating due to poor communication about dates, dues, handicaps, and other details. Peter, who oversees the leagues, often comes across as unresponsive and seems unsure of how to run them effectively. While he is quick to collect dues, he frequently makes promises that aren’t followed through.
That said, the venue itself could be fantastic if it were managed by someone who put in more effort and took pride in the operation. With better leadership and organization, this place could truly shine.

First time the experience was good and the price was fair, second time I came and the website said they close at 10:00pm. I arrived at 9:00pm for a game of bowling with me and my girlfriend and they told me they were closed even though I saw another couple bowling and they refuse my service, highly upset with my last visit
