It’s a nice go-to spot for those warm spring or summer nights. It’s on the pricey side but the selection is good. It can also be crowded. Cake batter and coffee are some good choices!

It’s your typical Cold Stone Experience. The staff here are always friendly and helpful, and they make whatever creation you ask for with care. And if you do the order ahead/pickup option, they will make it up for you and set it aside in a freezer to keep it cool until you arrive. Perfect in case you end up running a little late on your way to pick it up!

It’s okay. Usually busy so there’s a wait. The staff isn’t very friendly. Outside seating area has been pretty dirty the few times I’ve been here. It is a convenient location to grab a treat so I will probably be back.

Absolutely awkward and unsettling. My husband and I walked in expecting to get some delicious ice-cream, as this is our normal spot. They asked if we were together in a group, we said, “Yes.” They took my husband’s order and then proceeded to tell me that another girl would take care of mine- this is where it went downhill. As I waited for this “other girl” a group of 4 girls came in and were waiting for their turn behind me. One of the other workers came up, short brunette hair in a ponytail, asked “How can I help you?” I answered her because I figured this was “the other girl” I was waiting for. She just stared at me like I was the dumbest creature alive. The first girl who helped my husband interjected and said no the “other girl” will help you – as she pointed towards the cash register with three girls – it had been 10 minutes now and my husband is half way through his ice-cream. Then another girl comes up and asked me if we were in a group. We had been asked this question 3 times now and I still hadn’t received my ice-cream. I said, “For the third time, yes.” I also stated I’m not sure who is supposed to be helping me. The first girl who helped my husband went up to the one of the girls and whispered in her ear. While this was happening the short haired brunette haired girl – very short hair. Apologized for the inconvenience and took my order. She was the only one who apologized and the only one who helped me in the end. I felt discriminated against and humiliated – I took the ice-cream begrudgingly – after all this I didn’t even want it anymore. Greatly disappointed in the attitudes presented by the rest of the girls and the lack of structure and organization to help customers. And reading the other comments – seems to be theme as of late. I think it’s time to clean house.

Great place for a summer treat! The staff were super kind and lively. One of the workers named Matthew who helped me was very patient and thoughtful, taking the time to ask about my day, even during a rush. Throughout my 10/10 experience, I felt like a welcomed and appreciated customer. I will certainly be visiting soon!!

Great place to go to for ice cream! Great customer service, the workers have conversations with you while making your ice cream. Presley helped me out last night and did an amazing job! Prices are a little high but I promise it’s worth it!! Will be back again

A wonderful environment and perfect service. Matthew was assisting me this time and he made my ice cream perfectly. Wasn’t runny like sometimes it can be when you come here, I can definitely tell he has experience!!! Love to see it.

I had my first cold stone experience today and let me start by saying I will not be back. A girl with long black hair with an attitude helped me. Her name tag said Hannah. I could not be more displeased with the service I received. I have personally worked customer service for many years in the past and I have never once talked badly about a customer when they were still in the store. Even my children made comments on how rude she was on the way back home. If all that wasn’t bad enough, through her facial expressions and responses to my questions, she found a way to make me feel like a burden for correcting myself after asking for the wrong size. I ALWAYS tip when I can, but tonight I was offended that it even asked for one. If any of the other employees are anything like “Hannah” I would honestly recommend you buy your ice cream elsewhere.
