I ordered a Love It cup and was charged for a Gotta Have It with some random extra charges added in. The person behind the counter didn’t even make it how I ordered—she just did it however she wanted.
On top of that, every employee had a bad attitude. They act like they’re in a rush to get out of there, asking if people are “ready yet” like we’re the problem for taking a second to order. Not friendly at all.
And of course, they ask for tips—on top of overcharging. For what? Bad service and sloppy work?
This location needs some serious training in customer service and accuracy. Definitely not worth the hassle.

Worker should really be trained better. Had a bad attitude asked what i wanted i told them my topping and the cold table was soo dirty. i got other orders toppings that i didn’t want on mine glad I’m not allergic to peanuts or anything i got a little of everything on my order. The times I’ve been here it’s been alright. The ice cream is alright as well, it’s not good because it melts easily. When they put it in the cup for you the ice cream immediately starts to drip and turn into water. All the times I’ve been here customer service has been alright, besides the times that they make fun of the order you make, or they make jokes on the side. Everyone can hear their conversation and it’s quite upsetting. They also need to clean the place, let alone the bathroom, that place needs a company to clean it, just by looking at the main area where people are, makes you wonder how well they clean appliances for the ice cream. They do have a lot of cakes and ice cream tins, but they sadly also melt very fast. This is a decent place but they could definitely start cleaning.

Elaf is super amazing. She is always so polite and accommodating to me and my children. She always welcomes us with a genuine warm smile and is so patient with my kiddos. She’s a wonder and so is Janely. I recommend this location over any in the Denver Aurora metro area

Just your average Cold Stone. I will say that the chocolate-dipped strawberry is one of their better flavors that I have had in a long while. They were also handing out coupons that were expired. When I asked the worker about it she said that their manager had said to hand them out and that they would honor the expired coupon. A little weird, but ok.

Sooooooooooooo many flavors to choose from, alongside with countless toppings (and I do mean COUNTLESS toppings)! You will never go wrong if you decide to stop by and treat yourself or others with this yummy slice of heaven they call a creamery. For every occasion known to man, it’ll always be a wonderful time, especially for your tastebuds!
Update (As of 3-13-22): I tried their Lucky Charms ice cream and it’s literally as if they made the cereal into ice cream! My inner child is squealing; it’s these little moments that I truly enjoy about adulthood! Would definitely recommend trying, even if it’s just a sample (They’re magically delicious!).

Overall satisfied with the service however, while watching them make our ice cream I noticed that two of the workers were not wearing gloves. I understand that it would become a thing changing gloves every time they are making it but for sanitary reasons the employees should be wearing them.

So disappointed today with this order. Ordered 6 quart cups of ice cream to go , none of them have names on them so we didn’t know who’s was who’s. We had to open all of them to find out what was what. some have almost the same flavors… found a hair in one of them half way through eatting it.
