My husband and I visited this location 45 min before they closed. I ordered a salad bowl and was asked “what else” after every item. I said I wanted a little bit of queso and he drenched my whole bowl. All of the containers were empty or almost empty with the exception of the corn. When he finished making the bowl he threw the bowl down to the cashier. My husband asked for a small amount of beans and he put a full scoop and then some.
The couple that came into the restaurant after us left without ordering anything.
We will not be visiting this location in the future.
I didn’t notice but my husband said he had a earbud in his ear the whole time.

This was my second time visiting this location, and unfortunately it confirmed my first experience. The first time, I received very poor service from a rude young lady. After a few months, I decided to give it another chance since it’s closer to home and I didn’t feel like making a longer drive.
The restaurant was completely empty, which should have been a sign. The food quality was very disappointing—the meat and beans were dry and looked like they had been sitting out for a while. The chicken was burnt and cold. On top of that, the fountain drink was out, and the trash cans were filled to the top.Overall, this location lacks both good service and food quality. I will not be returning and would rather drive the extra mile for better service and better quality food.

I placed a mobile order and my food was clearly burnt. When I brought it back the chef said it’s because of how dirty the grill is… I requested that he clean the grill and remake my food, the employee instantly started being rude to me, another employee even told him to just remake it for me. He yelled ““I’m not remaking her anything! You can do it!”” and left to the back.
I didn’t get a refund or go it remade. I was very disappointed and don’t recommend this location!

First time coming here ordered a burrito the two young ladies there had a bad attitude the one taking my order took some of the food out of my burrito so she could close it, I didn’t say anything but her attitude continued I asked politely uuuu what’s this? She looks at me and says it in a smart tone vegetables i said thank you that’s it my burrito was not fully wrapped and ofcourse my burrito was not as good as I expected plus I’m just a pregnant women with twins just trying to get a craving out the way lol I hate being to nice and getting attitude like that hope there day gets better

I’ve never been to a Chipotle, and will never be back because of this one, 15$ for a bowl that wasn’t even half filled. Barely any food in it. Plus when I asked questions on what was what cause they dont have a sign or anything telling you whats in each container they asked me “what do you mean” and all I said was “what kind of beans do yall have. Like you work here not me. Definitely will never go to another one. Food is weird too, tasted like it was 2 days old

Don’t waste your time coming here. They don’t even give you a full scoop of protein. Then when you say something they ask if you want extra. And give you two half scoops and charge you for two. Then when they go to get the vegetables they give you a huge scoop. I literally had 12 small pieces of chicken in my bowl. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.

Waited in my car for 10 minutes for my order to be prepared, I get a notification saying my order is ready on the shelves, I walk in and 5 people are standing there doing nothing, and when I approach the counter and tell them my name, they proceed to look at each other not knowing what’s going on. This is sad to me… because I LOVE CHIPOTLE!!! I ordered a bowl to go and I was so excited to try the new carne asada… the beef was overcooked and dried out so much so that I wasn’t able to chew it and I had to pick it out. The staff was super friendly so that’s a plus.

This location is always out of something or more. The ice machine/soda machine might work sometimes. Skip it and go to another place. Just left had no ice, no lettuce, no grilled vegetables.
