Poor customer service. The woman working there refused to sell us an additional scoop of ice cream because it would quote “tip over” in the cone. This, quite frankly, is the most ridiculous and laughable thing I have heard at an ice cream parlor. I only wanted two scoops total and was willing to pay for the additional one. The ice cream is great but the people I had an issue happen with one of the workers her name was Lilianna. She was being so inappropriate with my husband and asking questions and full on caressed his hand not like here’s the change and a accidental touch kind of thing. She full on touched him from his wrist. I understand being kind but she took it really far.
