I really enjoyed getting strawberries, marshmallows, and Carmel mixed in my chocolate ice cream. The lady who helped me was very welcoming and patient with me as it was my first time there. I definitely recommend stopping in. The ice cream was melted after being mixed. I’m still giving 5 stars because it tasted awesome

Are we really paying $7.00 for a small scoop of melted ice cream with a couple of pieces of candy thrown in? I got a like it size of the Jello Banana. I guess this is how it’s supposed to be, I am definitely not impressed. I would have been better off with a pint of Häagen-Dazs and much happier.

Workers were standing around and talking to each other and didn’t acknowledge me. I placed my order 15 minutes in advance and when I got to the store they didn’t even look at my ticket. There was no line, no orders, no nothing just the workers talking and didn’t even provide good service no apology either.

Dont think I’ve even been to cold stone before. First time was yesterday with my husband. We picked from their signature creations. I chose the Oreo overload which is sweet cream ice cream, double the oreo cookie, chocolate chips and fudge in a waffle cone. My husbands choice was cheesecake fantasy which is cheesecake ice cream, gram cracker, pie crust, blue berry and strawberry in a waffle cone. Both flavors were so good. Definitely didnt disappoint!

This place has gone down bad over the last many years since new people took over. It’s dirty and gross. It was so hot inside that the ice creams were all melted and there was hairs in between the ice cream containers. For how much you pay for the ice cream I would at least expect it to be sanitary.
I also agree with other reviews that the lady is rude Every time we go in. Every time she is on the phone having a conversation the entire time.

Beyond terrible service, the customer is not right apparently. I’ve been to cold stone 100+ times in my life over the last 20 years at least. I know the flavors I like without needing to sample. I ordered two flavors and after I got my cup of ice cream I realized it tasted off. It tasted like one of the flavors was incorrect (and honestly my least favorite flavor) so I asked for a sample of what I intended to order to confirm. I was correct, the flavor in my cup and the flavor I was sampling/actually ordered were two completely different things. Though the colors were similar, they were also different. The one in my cup was very light and the flavor I actually ordered was darker. I politely asked if I could get the cup of ice cream remade with the right flavors. The person serving said no that what she made was was correct. She even said it probably tastes different because of the other flavor in there. Again, I know the flavors and I order this combo often and it tasted off. When I told her I just sampled to confirm it was not the same she said “no pretty sure it’s correct” and I said well it’s not. She did nothing to make it right. My bf ordered after me and I understand that the flavors could have been swapped or mixed up in her head but if you looked at my cup would see it was different. I was with my family and they all even agreed it wasn’t the same color. Then I verified it was a completely different flavor by sampling it so clearly she was wrong. I ate a few more bites and tossed expensive dessert in the trash because it was gross. Complete waste of $8 and going out of my way for a post dinner treat. Definitely regret tipping her as well!

This is not ice cream. I could taste flour and it was stretchy, like gum. It had bits of ice in it too. The chic at the register never spoke a word, just put her hand out for my card. Like where is the tap to pay or slot? Felt uncomfortable handing her my debit card. Anyway, someone else said it looked like the ice cream was melting and that’s literally how it looked.
We got 2 of the second smallest cups and a drink for $18.36. Fully disappointed. Nothing creamy about the product.

Only giving two stars because my son liked his ice cream. The fudge one taste like it’s been refrozen several times with the amount of ice chunks I tasted. They wouldn’t give me an extra small bowl to put a small amount in for my 18 month old. Said they’d have to charge me for a whole amount more. At 7 bucks a bowl – I should be able to get an extra bowl if I need one. Toilets were digusting. Pee and poop stains and the store overall was pretty dingy. Will not be back to this location.
