If you want to quickly grab food and leave then do not go to this place! It took me 45 mins to grab one subway with only 4 people in front of me. The food is lack luster and there was nothing preventing cross contamination!

Came in and was the only customer in line. The manager looked right at me and continued to complain to an employee for two full minutes about how the lunch rush is over and there’s nothing to do. I was literally standing there waiting for her to have something to do. She was also on her phone while I was paying, which is rude.

This subway is attached with Kroger main fuel center. Ordered tuna salad foot long and it was good. The ingredients felt fresh not like made yesterday and the bread was soft and warm.
During pick up the staffs were very friendly and helped quickly with additional orders.

I would have to say that while Subway offers a many variety of selections.
Beneath that lies another matter. At the South Main St. store, there are issues where employees don’t have to wear gloves while taking out trash, dishes are washed in dirty water and food is not disposed first or washed off before washing in the detergent water. Boxes in the back of the kitchen are flanged and not broken down. Creating a safety issue when it comes to walking and access ways.
It is my concern and also my opinion that while they might care about service, they cut corners when it comes to both health and safety. I strongly consider twice before eating or applying to work for Subway, especially over at the South Main Street location.

Purchased a spicy Italian sub, got very little meat, bread was not fresh, it was dry as dust, and hard as a rock! When paying with a card, the reader actually asks you for a tip!! For what? Really, a TIP !! Are Customers really being pushed to tip a sandwich maker for MAKING A SANDWICH? and a pretty nasty sandwich at that!!
