Overall it was a pleasant experience. The options are endless, and the servings are very generous. The prices are high, but you get a lot for your money. Super limited seating within the store. The employees are friendly and quick with making orders.

Not thrilled with the customer service. Ice cream was fine, though questionable on if I actually got what I ordered and the workers even seemed confused on whether I got what I ordered also which was weird (asked for caramel instead of fudge, didn’t see either on it and asked, first told that I just asked to not have fudge, clarified I wanted caramel and there was some back and forth for a bit between the workers before a “it’s mixed in” was the final decision.)

Excited to find there was a Cold Stone here in Northwest Arkansas. When we immediately went it, we saw this worker who was injured. He wasn’t wearing any gloves, but his right hand was bandaged. We decided to leave as we didn’t feel the safest eating at the establishment. We wouldn’t recommend this place.

Cold Stone Creamery is out of this world great. The quality of ice cream and ingredients are top notch, and the end product is amazing. Servings are probably going to be larger than you think. It is a little pricey, but worth it.

Bad customer service, my kids and I were the only group waiting in line. The employees were just standing around. They didn’t say a word. One associate looked at us. I told my kids get out of line, then a couple entered and I told them they can go next, they waited awhile. When we started to leave, then they started taking orders. It felt as if I was in an all white diner in the 60’s. This was a real teaching moment for my kids. We tell our kids to have a good character. I had to show them how to respond to bad character in a respectful manor.
