Went there this evening as a fun little treat. My wife ordered a founders favorite ice cream in a waffle bowl. Not only did my wife not get her waffle bowl, her ice cream had another flavor mixed in because they couldn’t bother to clean the mixing station or spoons. Overall, unimpressed with the service this time around.

Every other time has been amazing with no issues, hence the above one star rating. Her ice cream pictured below.

Can never go wrong with coldstone. A little pricey but it’s so worth it. If you sign up for the rewards program on the website they give you a buy one get one free. My favorite is the birthday cake remix they have so Manu options. Overall a fast experience they had a lot of employees working so we were in and out really quick. We will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Was a little busy but the line definitely moved fast. The staff was fast and friendly. They definitely give you what you pay for. A lot of variety to choose from for mix ins and ice cream flavors and they now have sorbet too! Big portions and I got a caramel apple this time too 🙂

Ice cream with additives are great because it’s the way you like.
Would not recommend smoothies. Ice is not blended enough. Might as well have juice filled with ice ☹️

Having never been to a Cold Stone Creamery before I was impressed that they actually make your order on a cold stone. Staff was friendly, there was a few people in line ahead of me but they are fast and the wait was minimal. The prices are slightly higher than your average Dairy Queen, but not prohibitively so. Also the ice cream is made fresh in store daily and the flavor reflects this. It’s absolutely with the extra cost

The store owner reached out to me to apologize for the experience that I had at the Roseville store. She offered to replace the item that I had received in a smaller container/quantity than I paid for. I texted her yesterday evening and she got the order ready for me to pick up. I appreciate the owner “making it right.” The ice cream, as always, was delicious.

I ordered and paid online for in-store pickup 1 Gotta Have It size item and 1 Like It size item, as follows:

1 x Cheesecake Fantasy® ***NO BLUEBERRIES PLEASE.Gotta Have It® (1 x $6.59) = $6.59
1 x No Cone or Bowl
1 x Germanchökolätekäke® Like It® (1 x $5.49) = $5.49
1 x Fudge Topping (1 x $0.89) = $0.89
1 x Plain Waffle Bowl (1 x $1.59) = $1.59
SUBTOTAL $14.56
TAX $0.87
TOTAL $15.43

I received 2 Like It size items in the package that I picked up (Photo attached). I called the store and explained that I didn’t get what I paid for. They told me that the order didn’t look the same on their end, so I must have ordered incorrectly, and they couldn’t help me. I told them that I didn’t get what was on my email receipt, regardless of the way it appeared on their end, and that I would dispute the charge on my credit card. The text from the receipt is shown above, picture shown below.

Extremely poor customer service. Won’t return to this location.

I ordered a few ice creams the other day, and was very disappointed with my visit. I ordered 2 love it’s online and was told the order would be ready in about 20 minutes. So I get there a few minutes early, and ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes to get my order. Also, the entire time I waited, the whole online order pick up line was being ignored. But when I finally received my order, I went out to my car and checked it to make sure everything was there, I saw that I had two like it’s and my ice creams were completely melted, not to mention that my add ins weren’t even in the ice cream. I was going to go back inside, but the location had already closed by then. The photo is of my order when I got home, which isn’t even a 5 minute drive. I will not be returning.

Waited 15 minutes without a single acknowledgment from the three employees working at 6:20 PM on March 31st. Despite clearly seeing us, they spent the entire time acting busy with customer in front of us in line while ignoring us completely. It’s clear customer service is not a priority at this location. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere, and I highly recommend others do the same. If their food is anything like their service, you’re not missing much…

I loved the ice cream until i got sick the staff didn’t wear gloves when preparing my ice cream and i didn’t witness the server washing their hands. The server got upset when I asked for a specific chocolate covered waffle bowl, like she was saving it for herself or something. And she didn’t add my fudge to my ice cream. I>I was afraid to even correct her because she had an attitude from the beginning. I wanted to visit again but afraid I will have another iffy experience with staff.
