Staff was overly rude and inattentive.There was bare minimum greetings the employees were in a full blown conversation while we stood there and waited and waited I had to interrupt them with an “excuse me “ and the guy gave me the dirtiest look and said “what” very nasty!! I gave him a few words of advice in regards to how you speak to people. I finally placed an order with the other girl but the guy decided he’ll go in the back and make our order I politely walked out and went elsewhere I wouldn’t trust him to make a thing for me if you’re not in my view. Like you seriously think i’d trust you to make something for me when you were flat out rude and nasty! And I filed a complaint with corporate!

Love coldstone! So many options and create your own. I did their coffee ice cream with heath bar chunks. Only complaint is that their coffee ice cream comes in like 3rd compared to others, specifically Mitchells. Otherwise, Hudson coldstone is a perfect ending to millennial early date nights!

We love Cold Stone but we came specifically for the Rocky Mountain caramel apples. They did not fail to disappoint. There was a great variety to choose from. I’m a happy camper!

The server was very nice and friendly, but my ice cream was extremely melted when she handed it to me. I ordered the mint signature creation, but it was like soup. I was with a group and some people had ice cream that looked great and not melted. I suggest looking at the cooler before selecting your flavor to make sure it is the correct temperature.
