During July 2020, I ordered a cake which totaled $35.30. I go to pick it up and on the receipt I’m supposed to sign, the cake decorator had written in all caps, “NO TIP!! ” I’m sorry, what? When did you seve me cake? Did you deliver? No? Then you don’t get a tip. I paid for a cake. That doesn’t mean you automatically get a tip. But since you’re so pressed for one: if you need more money, get a better job. And all this during covid when you have no idea what people’s financial situations are. FOH

Chocolate Silk Shake is a decadent and delicious treat. The rich chocolate flavor is perfectly balanced with the creamy texture of the shake. The shake was thick and not too sweet, which I appreciated. The chocolate flavor was intense and satisfying. I would definitely recommend this shake to any chocolate lover looking for a satisfying treat.

Only gave one star so I could get to write this review. Used to come here a lot. I will no longer! My wife and I came in on Mon Oct 31st at around 6:45pm (please check your cameras if you have). A young man was working on an order (I assume). The store was completely empty. My wife and I greeted him, he didn’t respond. As a matter of fact, didn’t even raise his head to look at us to acknowledge us. We walked over to the ice cream bar and asked about a particular flavor that we didn’t see. Again, not even a shake of his head. My wife called to him… “Hello, good evening! Do you have butter pecan? The boy just ignored my wife. Mumbled under his breath… Couldn’t tell you what he even said. He was soooooo rude and disrespectful, I no longer wanted ice cream. These young kids you hire to perform customer service are a joke. They will end up ruining this location. Monitor them properly and care a bit more about the customers who frequent this ice cream palor. Because of the awful service my wife and I received this evening, we will not be returning.

Terrible service, bunch of kids who don’t take their job seriously (ignoring customers standing at the counter waiting to order and flirting with each other). Started to get busy, another employee came out and actually starting getting things moving. The flavor of ice-cream my son chose was practically melted and was asked if he would like something else.

Bad staffs n services .. and table is very nasty, the customer services and manager are very rude, they don’t clean the table n they expect u to fix each chair . my family and I never coming here again. four time we passed by and they never have shakes after 4pm.
