Multiple incidents in the last 1 week.
1. I like founders favorite and mostly order the small size cup (Like It size). This time I wanted more and ordered the medium size (Love It). I noticed that they give the same amount of ice cream despite paying for a bigger size. While they used a bigger cup, they barely filled the cup because they start with the same amount of ice cream as the smaller cup and put the same amount of ingredients as the smaller size. I was very disappointed that I paid more for nothing but I left without saying anything.
2. The second time (different day) they did the same thing(started with less cream). But this time they also did not put the ingredients properly and did not bother to even mix it. It was just ice cream on one side and everything else in one corner. I complained this time and someone else came and said they will fix it. This person mixed it well but I noticed later that they did not give me a medium sized cup. They just put a smaller cup inside a medium cup. I only noticed this when I ate the ice cream enough to reveal the smaller cup inside. I felt cheated again and think they did it on purpose because I complained.
3. The third time (another day) they made less cream again than the cup can hold but the person who made it also barely put any effort into properly adding the ingredients. The pecans were missing. The brownie was mixed so much that the ice-cream looked like a chocolate ice-cream, like someone put it in a blender. Also the caramel and chocolate syrups were by themselves on one side.
This used to be our favorite family weekend activity after dinner and we have been going there for many many years now. I am so disappointed with how badly this is run now. None of the staff pay attention to details, do sloppy work and cheat us with less portion than we paid for. Completely disappointed with what Cold Stone has become.

When i went staff was very friendly and took my order as soon as possible. They fulfilled my requests to perfections. I ordered a birthday cake remix and a founders favorite. I really enjoyed the birthday cake remix. However the founders favorite was not up to par there wasn’t a good ratio of ice cream to toppings. Overall staff is really friendly and the food was solid but could be improved. I will be coming back

All the reviews about the staff at this location are 100% correct. The staff is aloof at best. I asked to see the mix ins before I added them, since I had never been to a cold stone. Because I needed to see the mix ins they said they already sent it to register, so too bad. The bathroom was out of toilet paper and instead of replacing it the employees had put the replacement paper on the floor.

Ice cream was freezer burnt. Unfortunately the mixing were also stale. In the midst of getting our order the two people helping us stopped for five minutes to try to fix an ice machine instead of just wrapping our order up. I won’t be back 🙁

I had a disappointing experience during my recent visit. The staff were not friendly, and the person who took our order was particularly rude — it was clear she was unhappy to be there. Additionally, there was confusion about a promotion listed on your website for a free “Might Like It” Mangonada. Despite showing the offer, the staff said they didn’t know how to apply the coupon and insisted I had to pay for it. This was frustrating and left a negative impression. I hope the team receives proper training in both customer service and current promotions.

Long wait for a short line of 5 people in front of me. Ice cream was icy. Menus don’t list prices. Create your own ice cream (small) was $6.99 and small signature ice cream was $7.99. They like to smush a lid on top of the ice cream, which pushes out some of the ice cream and it drips onto your hand.

Worst experience. I ordered founders fav and additional mix ins of fudge topping, roasted almonds and whipped topping through UBER eats. They delivered on time but there is no fudge or whipped topping in the delivered ice cream but they charged for it.
