Ordered delivery… order taker sent driver to the wrong hotel… drinks were wrong, pizza had wrong toppings… ate the pizza it was OK. Delivery guy was nice.

I always try to give local businesses a fair shot, so even though I had been served burnt food by them in the past, I tried again to see if maybe things have improved. They did not. I spent $30 on lunch for 2 people and we couldn’t even get through half of it. This time I will not be going back. They burned the pizza and a bridge.

I feel bad to leave this kind of review, but I have to be honest…
We ordered online for delivery & the estimated time to be delivered was between 20-30 minutes. After waiting 50 minutes my husband called to see what was going on. They said they were running behind & it would be delivered soon. We ended up waiting 1 hr 15 mins. Then when it arrived, it was not very good. The salad looked amazing at first (I appreciate that they put a nice variety of stuff on it) but the lettuce looked like it was way past expiration. The loaded fries were burnt & missing the sauce for on top. The wedgie dough was tough, & not as full as when we order from the Fox’s in Rural Valley. I ended up taking the salad & fries back to get a refund, which the girl did & apologized. I doubt I’ll order from here again.

We ordered some Hoagies and a pizza and ate in. The food was very good. Although we were the only people there, it took a few minutes to be waited on or even acknowledged when we came in and stood at the counter. There were 2 employees-one making orders and the other dealing with a customer on the phone. But, I still feel that someone could have made eye contact and smiled at us or gestured ‘1 minute’ to us, or even simply nodded in our direction, to at least make us not feel invisible. I was about to walk out when we finally got waited on. One of the ladies took our order and basically waited on us at one of the tables (I wasn’t expecting to be waited on! That was nice!) She was friendly and helpful. She checked on us once or twice to make sure we were all good (Yes, I did leave her a tip ). It was earlier in the evening, maybe around 4 ish, and no one else came in while we were there. The restroom was clean, as was the dining area. There also was a TV in one of the corners of the room. I’ll return in the future.

food is usually good as it was this time, the issue was that I ordered a 17 dollar order of 12 wings with 2 dipping sauces (with other items total order was $70 before tip)we did not receive the sauces, not a big deal except now we are not enjoying the 17 dollar wing meal we ordered, called and was offered a 2 dollar credit, said forget about it. wasn’t expecting a full refund but 2 bucks felt like a too bad for you type of response from management

I ordered a pizza with extra sauce and 3 toppings the topping hardly existed in the pizza and there was no extra sauce. And I declined a new pizza and was told I would get a credit for a new pizza. I got $5.00 that was it I will not spent my money here again.

Foxes Pizza in Blairsville is AWESOME! Texts with money saving deals and offers……make the Foxs Experience only part of the ‘Awe!’ The workers are super and take their time to make you happy. The Big Daddy makes dinner easy!
